Agreed with bolded. The car bit is baffling, though, IMOI'm really surprised the car hasn't been spotted burned up,I'm in Vancouver BC and the growing trend is burning vehicles used in murder, I'm wondering if the person is keeping it as a souvenir. I am thinking the person/ people involved in this like all the attention and feeling powerful that no one has clue just moo my vho
I think we're talking about different issues (you said privacy wasn't common in court cases, and I said to the contrary). I am not arguing with you and I'm not doing case law research on a Friday night. I think the food line video is a bad idea, and I stand by that. I can see how it could play out. just like I can see how a potential civil case with the university looped in could happen. but this is imo and jmo and we can agree to either agree or disagree, both work.Respectfully...
I was quoting state law as written by the Idaho legislature and Supreme Court precedent. If I am missing something please cite it so I can educate myself instead of simply 'letting me right'.
Either way though IMHO the food line footage might be a red herring, and hopefully more pertinent footage will bring criminal/s to justice.
