It may be cultural, too.I hadn't realised before that Tammy was on antidepressants. I know there doesn't have to be a specific reason for someone to be depressed, it can be a chemical imbalance. But I do wonder if it was to do with Chad's neglect of her, unfaithfulness, and general lack of love. That poor lady.
Lori Hellis stated in her yesterday's yt live that MM resigned from the Idaho Bar ahead of being disbarred. LH sent him a FOIA request.
From a LinkedIn profile:I wonder what he's doing now? His website is also down. I thought he moved to Columbia, MO?

Scary to think he was a “professor”. I'm sure he used that term loosely. So, why did he surrender his license? It happened right after Lori’s verdict.I remember one of MM's earliest court appearances on behalf of LVD... I felt as if I was watching some sort of legal hell on display, lol. 'Since IANAL, maybe he was okay but... I don't want to even think about him as a professor... those poor students. jmo
True, IMO Tylee would come ill due to her pancreatitis flaring up often (I think too many times) Lori was putting certain food which Tyree could not stomach in her meal and drink. I thought of that as I remember someone, from Adult Classes for HSC Psychology years ago, it was during a discussion in Psychology Class we were asked while they were studying this subject, they bought up the fact, they had a reaction to Eggplant when they were younger, hey could not stomach it they would throw up almost straight away, so he advioded it even his family knew not to give it to him. However during his teenage years he who had constant stomach problems always flared up so he missed important things, exams, school dances, family events, he really struggled in health until he and his Dad caught the person red handed putting small amount of finely chopped Eggplant into his food, it was not his Mother but another family member. I remember our Class asking him why this person had done this, he said they wanted to better than him ,popular than him at school, etc.... This is why he took up the Psychology for HSC.(Higher School Certificate) so he could understand why this person did it.Tylee had pancreatitis, though, right? My mother-in-law has that. If she eats the wrong things when it's flaring up, she's in a world of hurt.
MOO
Thanks for the info, but that's not exactly right. Both the idea that he resigned, and that he was about to be disbarred, were LH's speculation. All she knew was that the Idaho bar website says he is no longer a member of the bar there.Lori Hellis stated in her yesterday's yt live that MM resigned from the Idaho Bar ahead of being disbarred. I can't recall the 3 month old. Could you refresh my memory? TIAThis 4 hour interview is one of the very best additions to this entire saga. I have gone back to listen to a number of sections.
That part, where Lori was with her bofriend in a car, and he intentionally ran over a cat and killed it. And Lori just laughed and laughed.
And, the clarity of details over Stacey's death......... it is now crystal clear to me that this family, let alone Lori, knew what to do to "get away with murder".
The cousin even made a single half sentence about the death of the 3 month old child. She never came back to that, but it left, yet another possible evil thought in my head.
well she stayed at Loris (remember the 'death threat') sometime mid October onwards (on the return from Hawaii after Tammys death) and thats when she said the friendship ended. IMO another person who used word salad to describe events. This is about AB's court testimony:
She remembers Chad telling her he had a near death experience years before and that he had been told by a deceased relative that Tammy would pass away before she was 50. She remembers him telling her this around end of Jan or Feb 2019. Eventually Chad tells Audrey he would marry Lori. Audrey said she asked Chad if he had talked to Tammy or his children about this. She remembers he said he had talked to Tammy about it, but she doesn't remember what he said about the children.
Did Chad really tell Tammy about it?
She recalls Lori saying Charles was dark and then later at the end of the friendship Lori said that her children were dark and so was Tammy.
When did AB's friendship with Lori end?

Thanks for the correction about sending "them" (the Idaho Bar) and not "him" (MM) a FOIA request. Thanks for the info, but that's not exactly right. Both the idea that he resigned, and that he was about to be disbarred, were LH's speculation. All she knew was that the Idaho bar website says he is no longer a member of the bar there.
And her FOIA request was sent to the Idaho Bar, not to Means. LH hopes they will tell her more about why he is no longer an attorney.
Piggybacking on those comments, I went to the ID bar registry, and all it says is:
STATUS License Canceled 3/7/23
That is not recent, of course; it was all the way back before Lori's trial began.
In response to later posts by others, I also looked up Missouri, wondering if he had simply changed states, but he is NOT registered with the Missouri bar, according to the website. Not sure what the whole story may be, but it might have to do with some non-Lori-related (as I understood her to say) shenanigrey that LH alluded to in her remarks. (But perhaps it had to do with Chad? Who knows.)
If you're wondering, here's exactly what LH said about him. It was in response to a question about him allegedly leaking attorney-client protected info (regarding Lori).
"If Mark [Means] is sharing attorney-client privileged information, he's gonna get in bigger trouble than he already has been.
"I know that at one point there was a You Tube creator that was getting information, some of which was sealed information, through Mark Means. So, I know that that happened. I know that the court's aware that it happened. I know that Law Enforcement was aware that it happened. And none of it had any impact on Lori's case. Certainly I think it doesn't speak well for Mark Means.
"It would be really foolish on his part [if he's sharing client info]. He's already got a lot on his plate.
"He resigned, I think, from the Idaho bar, ahead of being disbarred. We know that he's no longer a member of the Idaho bar; but the Idaho bar's website doesn't really tell us why.
"I did however send them a FOIA request; maybe well get some information about what was going on there."
Her words were in this video, about halfway through.
