JJ's grandparents, Kay and Larry Woodcock, say they will attend the arraignment.

"It's very important to us to make sure for her to know we are following this through, and we will never stop," Kay Woodcock said.

I’m looking back at Chad’s motion to sever hearing and noticed Prior said this @ 3:00 into the video: “And I’m not going to get into tactics, but I can assure the court that there is going to be a significant difference between how I prepare in the event the cases are joined as opposed to whether they’re separate.”

I wonder what this “significantly different” approach of his will be now that it’s possible Chad will be in the same court room with Lori?

(I guess it's a nice sentiment for remembering someone's grandmother -- I don't think my grandmother would appreciate being associated with this case, though.)

I think LVD will be wearing a mask at her arraignment -- to hide herself as much as possible from public view. (IMO -- but I'm usually wrong!)

She was allowed to watch Chad's proceedings while in hospital, so she must have been on the road to competency for a while.

She did. But wasn't that prior to the murder charges being added? She was parading through the court room with that smirk on her face -- smug "knowing" that they couldn't do anything to her just because her children's whereabouts were not known to them (or so she thought).
