Lori's attorney, Mr. Archibald goes on records after closing arguments to state he and his client would like the trial to be set in Ada County, agreeing with what Mr. Prior and his client would like.

Judge Boyce says taking this issue under advisement and written ruling to come at a later time/date.

One of the first images I am seeing from the pool camera, but there may be others already and certainly will be many more soon (photos and the video)

Is that MP next to Annie? Someone on FB asked the same question and I'm not really on there

Vallow will NOT waive her right to a speedy trial, her lawyer says. Under the law, that means they must set a trial within six months (by October.)

Her not waiving speedy trial seems like a really good strategic move that could end up helping both of them, in some way; or at least the hope is that it could.

Now one of them will be forcing the State to bring their trial much sooner, while the other has completely waived that right.
Can one be forced to wait for the other, if only one waived that right?
So many more legal issues to come with this.....

I imagine Chad will be forced to be ready in October since they are being tried together. I’m anxious to see what her strategy is.

Vallow reportedly waived her right to a speedy trial and according to Kay Woodcock (grandmother of JJ Vallow), the trial date is set for 10/19/22 - 3 years to the day Tammy Daybell died.

Huh? I thought it was stated she would NOT waive that right? I think it's a mistake on JL part. EIN also has a new article with her not waiving it hence the Oct. 19th date. Crazy it falls on TD anniversary of her death. Wow
