I don't really find the act of this visit that "strange". I think we have all made such trips when something in both our lives does "bond" us, only to find out what a nightmare it ends up to be, and you wish you had never gone. Just seems very simple to me.

It’s the fact that LV invited her that bothers me. Seems that she is all about manipulating people.

Lum posted in comments that he received the photos straight from the photog. He hunted the photog down, asked for permission and was originally given permission. Then the photog came back asking for money and revoked permission. Lum says to watch out for national outlets printing the photos - we'll know how they got them.

JMO but shame on the photographer for doing that. These photos are enough to hurt/shock/wake up some of the people involved in this case that have been withholding information. There’s two missing kids at stake. To revoke permission and hold out for the highest bidder stinks IMO

I feel she was sussing her out, trying to work out how to manipulate her. Possibly trying to involve her in her wacky ideas. It didn’t work thankfully but I’m glad she came out of it safely. Maybe if she had become more demanding with regards to TR she wouldn’t be here to write about it? MOO

What bothers me but it doesn't if you know what I mean. JR sister didn't even know he was dead until 5 weeks later. I wonder if they weren't close? I dunno just kinda stands out to me. Jmo

He hadn’t spoken to her since the police came to his house looking for the kids, he says he knew nothing about CD so if he’s being honest (and we have not reason to doubt that) then no. He may have done but it seems unlikely. MOO

No, people get hitched on a whim here all the time- you may not even need your license yet. You could do it in a week or less 4 sure.

Unfortunately with all the lies she’s told we may never know the full extent of what’s going on. There’s a lot that doesn’t rest easy with me tbh. We can’t accuse as he’s not a POI and is still really a victim in this. If that’s what your guts telling you though, it is what it is. I’ve got a few gut feelings with all of this that I can’t justify but they keep bothering me. MOO

When we were in Honolulu last September for our anniversary, we thought about having a recommitment ceremony. The website I poked at needed 24 hours notice if we didn't have a particular beach in mind--presumably they'd just go to whatever was available. "Could take longer" for more popular venues at popular times of the year. Fall didn't appear to be terribly popular.

There was something about getting the license later to confirm the ceremony but I didn't pay much attention to that because it didn't apply to us.

And nearly all the photos showed both bride and groom in white, with flowers. It seemed to be a thing .
