JS has now filed a Malicious Prosecution counterclaim against the city. JS claims he shouldn't have to pay for LE expenses because he already forfeited his bond. This has got to be for PR or his legal team are idiots as they are conflating Cook County and the City of Chicago, which are two different entities. The City of Chicago was not a party to any alleged settlement with the bond forfeiture, which that was done by Cook County, an entirely different government entity.

So does she mean she should have released the emails, texts and transcripts of her phone conversations with Jussie’s family and friends in high places, all who were giving her the whatsup about how to handle his case? Those friends in high places including Obama’s former chief of staff and Michelle Obama’s former aide? Riiight! Sure you would!

Imo, if justice is truly done he should be charged again with all of the original offenses the GJ handed down, but he should be charged with a hate crime as well. Hoaxes of any kind can be dangerous, but hate hoaxes are the worst because dangerous repercussions can be taken against those the hoaxters targeted who are innocent.

Imo, the only reason it didnt spill out onto the streets with this one JSs concocted lie never made any sense from the beginning to most.

Yet alarmingly MSM gave him a platform anyway. Even they had to know none of it made sense so why didn't they vett his ridiculous claims themselves? Did any of the so called MSM investigative journalists even ask him hard questions or did they continue to let him play the little victim knowing what he was claiming stunk as bad as spoiled rotten tuna?

His attorneys will continue to say the same things. Don't cha know by now all clients are all innocent victims? How dare the PD do their job. How dare the special prosecutor is really investigating how all felonies were suddenly dropped, and the Foxx fix was in.

If the citizens of Chicago dont vote Foxx out I will be floored, but not shocked.

In the past month or so I've been reading many articles where the FBI has served many SWs on government officials, and departments in this same general area of Illinois due to suspected corruption.

Those huge stories have become lost with the national MSM not covering them or conveniently ignoring them. Imo, it seems finally the FBI is in the process of weeding out systemic corruption by elected officials in many cities, states including this one.

Maybe, just maybe, Foxx will windup with even more problems than just being JSs personal fixer.

I was actually thinking about the Smollett case, and charges of lying to LEO being dismissed.

The slippery slope on this, is that it has significance for others, who lie to the police, right now the only possible charges against Lori Vallow, if anyone is following that case, is lying to LEO about where her kids are...would Kimm Foxx have let that slide too?!
