Yes that's why she is there but Michael has some kind of secret special hearing as well. God knows why that's allowed though.I think this is the hearing for Kristine to return to Florida.

First matter is to take up the possibility of releasing the daughter’s mental health records to prosecutors and defense. Confidential so we’re kicked out of courtroom for now.
@WISH_TV
Right, seems obvious. Prosecution probably wants access too.Oh. She doesn’t want them released to the public. Just to the two sides. She will probably win that.
And it’s baffling.Some people actually see those photos as looking all the same....

People see what they want to see.And it’s baffling.

Oh I see. Well I hope they don't get it then lol. Natalia's an adult now right Kristine, she gets to say who can and cant snoop through her medical records so piss off haha. I'm sure the judge will let them have it though.Well the state likely had access via a subpoena. Eventually whatever evidence they get will have to be handed over to the de bar. She wants a jump on it I guess and to make sure they have everything.
I agree. That girl is American as apple pie though. (I watched her YT vids)People see what they want to see.
I think there’s a really strong anti immigrant undercurrent to this. The attempts here in the UK to prove that the child immigrants coming from Calais were adults were unbelievably tortured but very popular.
I mean, it isn't, though, is it? People see different things. Apparently some medical professionals agreed with the Barnetts. And several judges.And it’s baffling.
Sure, I agree, but there are also people that are still convinced of the innocence of Chris Watts and Scott Peterson. So there is seeing “different” vs “refusing to see”I mean, it isn't, though, is it? People see different things. Apparently some medical professionals agreed with the Barnetts. And several judges.
I'm open to hearing different opinions without the need to dismiss them.
They weren't seeing the comparisons though. Just a girl with a rare condition presented to them and the parents insisting 'she's an adult'. The comparison photos speak for themselves. Her whole facial shape has changed, especially the mandible. Her hands are so much bigger. She had nary a hint of even a breast bud and now has a normal sized teenage chest and hips. And I'm majorly skeptical they even have anyone other than McLaren who said that with such certainty. Kristine is delusional imo. She probably took "it's possible the girl is 14" to mean "she's at least 14 and probably totes really an adult" because that's what she wanted to hear. The state has a long list of witnesses from the medical community. As far as we know the Barnetts have only McLaren who references dental stuff (which we know is bs), having a cycle which doesn't indicate adulthood anyway and stuff like a good vocabulary as evidence. And this is hearsay so pinch of salt and all that, but I heard through the Indiana grapevine that he won't testify for them. Phone is deactivated, not seeing new patients etc.I mean, it isn't, though, is it? People see different things. Apparently some medical professionals agreed with the Barnetts. And several judges.

None of this is based on actual facts, though, just your opinion.They weren't seeing the comparisons though. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy reading it, but to dismiss other opinions as 'baffling' at this stage - when the facts are few and far between - is premature.
Sorry, I, too, find it baffling. To be unable to discern aging via photographs is baffling.None of this is based on actual facts, though, just your opinion.

It’s also not merely opinion to take note of contradictory statements made by Mike or Kristy, or contradictions between each of their stories.I mean, it isn't, though, is it? People see different things. Apparently some medical professionals agreed with the Barnetts. And several judges.

And likewise, people that are so sure she is an adult are not basing their statements on fact, just opinion.None of this is based on actual facts, though, just your opinion.
