I just looked at the police report again, and yes, MC states that she noticed Haleigh missing then went and searched the house frantically, and noticed the back door open....I also noticed that CS's age states 19 on this police report! That makes her 14 at time of birth, add to that 9 mo. of pregnancy.....I do think that RC should go down for thisno wonder he got custody. He stated last night that he got custody on her second birthday...that would make CS 16 at the time, a child...makes me sick.....

Crystal is 23, her birthday is next month.

After watching NG show from last night AGAIN, NG asks RC how the story got so screwed up from the get go about the bed situation....RC says "Ms. Nancy, I don't know" WELL....I just watched one of the first NG shows with RC on it, and NG asks him specifically, "WERE THEY ALL THREE IN THE SAME BED", to which RC replies "YES"....ok, that's how the story got so screwed up in the beginning I guess.....and I have a feeling that NG remembers this.....IMO, last nights NG show, was all about letting RC run on and on with his stories.....

All day today HLN was running with the "tough" questions NG had to ask. She was going to get to the bottom of the inconsistencies. I didn't hear much more than "I don't know" as far as answers go...so what difference how tough the questions are? She's not getting the answers anyway. She should go back and read some of her old scripts. Then maybe she TRULY can ask TOUGH questions and expect an ANSWER! Otherwise, IMO, all she's doing is going for the ratings (PRIMETIME EXCLUSIVE).

Some of that may be that RC is so confused himself because of Misty's inconsistencies. She may be telling him different sides of the story, and he wouldn't know where they were all sleeping anyway, since (according to him) he was at work. This is just my opinion.

Didn't MC say originally she put the children to bed at 8 o'clock but now it sounds as if it was only Haleigh?

What about Junior? Watching a movie? She says she made her bed after she did laundry? Where was he and when/how did he get to the bed if he was sleeping with her?

This also goes along with his "story" about the man in black. If he was in bed with her and saw someone take his sissy, why didn't he wake her? I've 2 grandsons & have been awaken by both of 'em many times during the night for alot less.

I would be livid if LE hadn't already looked at all available recordings from that night.

Not the police. RONALD. Have Ronald look at all the tapes and see if anyone he recognizes was near his home. The police are looking for HALEIGH in the video's....or perhaps Misty, as well...(to see if perhaps she really may not have been home)...but they are not going to know the same people that Ronald knows that may have been close to his home that night and caught in a video and someone who perhaps shouldn't have been there. Someone that only Ronald may recognize.

Misty told me that she had put the children to bed at approximately 8:00 PM. Misty said that they were sleeping in her bed, and when she laid down at around 10:30PM, both children were still in bed.​

From Misty's interview with Art Harris:

"OK, she lay, I put her to bed at 8:00. That's her bedtime 'cause she has school. Um, She didn't go to sleep, um, se was probably asleep in about 30 minutes. I was washing her blankets, I went and put her - laid her blanket on top of her - she was sleeping. Um and then I made my bed and got into bed...

... and then I woke up about 3:00, and was going to the bathroom, but didn't make it to the bathroom. I noticed my kitchen light was on. And when I went to the kitchen, the back door was open. And I run back to my bedroom, to get my cell phone, to call Ronald. And I noticed, that's when I noticed, Haleigh was gone."​

And:

"Jr wanted to watch Madagascar and Haleigh wanted to watch Air Buds. So I couldn't put both of them in one, so I put Haleigh in my bedroom and Jr in the living room. Thennn, they watched their movies, and then Jr come into the bedroom with us - er with me and Haleigh"​

I see the Putnam County Speedway is in Satsuma FL...one would think there would be gas stations and fast food places around it that may have videos? I understand it is woodsy, I see that on google maps...wonder how close it is to their home? (for video purposes?) Anyone know Ronalds home address? This speedway is

UPDATE: According to police report it is 202 Green Drive. It does look pretty desolate. The only thing I found was a 7-11/Citgo gas station.

I think there are several inconsistancies in the police report made by the officer. He has DOB's wrong, gender's wrong, and goodness only knows what else. I am sure trying to figure out exactly what was going on from an "emotional" father and Misty was not very easy. I have opted to scratch the police report...to many errors in it...and just use the 911 tape as the initial statement from Misty.

I was 16 when I got pregnant I had my daughter 3 days after my 17 birthday. I had no family and growup in foster home. I raise my daughter on my own and I sometime work up to three jobs.
Not all us have the perfect family. My oldest daughter is a wonderful women with morals and class. I don't think I will be judging crystal on her life style.
Also on the police report there were few statement that were not correct. I think that Crystal like 23 or 24 according to her space page. Has I said on another post I am sure that Crystal is having alot regrets about the pass. I hope with Halieghbug and the PI that we find Haliegh and than they can fight the custody battle. JMO

according to this write up of the police report, Misty said she got up to get a DRINK...not to go to the bathroom????

"I then made contact with Misty Croslin, Ronalds girlfriend. Misty told me that she had put the children to bed at approximately 8pm. MIsty said that they were sleeping in HER BED, and when she laid down at around 10:30pm both children were still in bed. I asked MIsty who the other child was and she advised the other child was Haleighs brother. Misty old me that she woke up just before 3am to get a drink and she noticed that Haleigh was missing, however the OTHER child was still in bed. MIsty ran around the residence franticallly looking for haleigh and that she noticed the back door was stanfing open. MIsty said that she was sure the back door had been locked prior to her going to bed.

Mist said that at approximately 5 minutes after she noticed Haleigh missing, Ronal arrived home. MIsty said that as soon as she told Ronald HAleigh was missing, Ronald told Misty to call 911, which she did. I asked MIsty if she ever took Haleigh on a walk, and Misty advised that she sometimes walked with Haleigh to 116 Tyler Street to visit her family."

I hear you, lakelandladi. The thing is, LE is making it clear that they see inconsistencies that are serious to them.

Trusting what Mark Klaas said last night - that these are the best minds in the country - I feel compelled to trust that they aren't nitpicking or overlooking innocent explanations, and we are only seeing the tip of the ice burg.

And in an ocean of uncertainty, the tips of ice burgs are about all we have to look at to try to deduce what's under the water. :sheesh:

I think that Mark was talking FBI guys, best in the business. I think they need some Orlando LE up there.
