Israel still does not have the list of hostages to be freed tomorrow. The official confirms that hostages will be released in 12-13 person batches, and Hamas has committed to release 50 hostages in the next four days.

The IDF has pushed back the agreed lines, and kicked Palestinians out of their homes, taking over their land, for some years now under Netanyahu. There is a very long sad and violent history here. Ukraine is another story, and Putin is evil. Ukraine has a long history of 'ownership', and of course they should be allowed to govern themselves, as a European country-not Communist. Choosing War is horrific and everyone loses in the end.

Israel was created back in the time of Abraham. King David created Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
So, quite a much longer history than even Ukraine, and millennia before Mohammed was even born.
Not just the Bible, but archaeology, ancient coins, historians like Josephus. The Second Temple which was around in Jesus’ time and which the Wailing Wall is part of and still stands.

More than 100 unidentified Palestinians have been buried in a mass grave in the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis.

"They were killed, and their families and relatives didn’t know about them. We don't know anyone of them." spokesman for the Hamas-run health ministry Bassam Dababesh told the Reuters news agency.

The dead, which include children, were killed in areas of Gaza's north, but are being buried in the south, a health ministry worker told the Reuters at the scene.

"They will be buried here in Khan Younis because we couldn't bury them in Gaza City," Hamad al-Najar said.

"We dug this mass grave for them to be buried in so our society would avoid the smells, decomposition and pollution," he said.

"These bodies and souls are being honoured by burying them in this grave - so their souls may rest and so they can meet their maker," he added.

Analysing the list of Palestinian prisoners set to be freed​

BBC Verify’s data team has been examining a list issued by the Israeli authorities which gives details of 300 Palestinian prisoners - half of whom are expected to be released as part of deal that includes a four-day humanitarian pause in fighting.

Under the terms of the agreement, Hamas would initially release 50 Israeli women and children held hostage in Gaza in exchange for 150 prisoners - Palestinian teenagers as well as adult women - held in Israeli jails.

Our analysis of the data shows that:

• 267 (89%) of those on the list of Palestinians are male
• 121 (40%) are aged under 18
• 203 (68%) were arrested between 1 January and 5 October 2023. None of the males is older than 19 - all those 20 and over are female
• The remaining 97 (32%) were arrested before 1 January 2023. None of the people on the list were arrested after Hamas attacked Israel on 7 October

The 10 month old baby is being released by his 4 year old brother and parents are not. Come on. That poor mother now knowns one baby will be "free", but the other won't. She won't be with the 10 month old and where will he even go? Now she will still be captive, but how awful to be with one child, while one is let go? A 10 month old baby NEEDS it's mother also. I mean ugh

There have been some photos that looked fake and it's possible Hamas did indeed kill kids and showed their bodies to the press, in order to blame the IDF.
This is called lying and it's deceptive.
Nothing new for terrorists, though; it's all they know.

For a long time the IDF warned Gazan citizens, dropped leaflets, were careful to strike at Hamas locations and not residential areas.
Here we have the truth from the founder's son ; that either an act of outright murder, or by using human shields, Hamas has killed children deliberately.

A month?? Well that certainly would allow them to regroup now wouldn't it? They are surrounded and stuck and I am glad for that. They can get their few days pause and I hope Israel is watching and also planning on exactly how to finish what they started once the "pause" is over.

Link to their documents about the attack that were published in October of 2022 is in the thread numerous times. I can find it for you when I get done work. Very busy right now.

Planning (gathering intelligence to know how many peope in each house etc) would have been required to be collected and gathered by HUMINT sources prior to any of the plans being developed and published.

IMO of course ... and actual experience.

Of course you are right to feel this way, absolutely, but my reading of it was that both babies and the mother will be released, as there is a period after their names. Then, new sentence, the father will not be released.

I think I recall the grandmother was kidnapped too? I don’t see anything about her, if that’s the case.

Time will tell. We don’t know what is true unless and until until the hostages are safe in Israeli hands.
