can someone please clear something up for me? if you can remember from yesterday?is bobby dead or did he attempt suicide and go to a mental hospital?

According to her, he's not dead. And he can be thanking his God his is not after being one of her conquests.

Insessions should feel totally ashamed of themselves for ending trials at 3:00 pm. I hate to have to turn to HLN to see the trial after that. I also have on a live feed and I'm on WS too.

I've been screaming at them since CourtTV went away. I always wonder what their ratings are for the slop they run after 3:00.

Have you noticed that Jodi lifts her voice up at the end of sentences with sad information. Most people drop their voice in pitch. She lifts it in ValleyGirl style, almost like she is asking a question. Totally robs it of any emotion.

"... we found out that she had pancreatic cancer, and sadly, she died a few weeks later?"

"We ended the relationship and broke up. It was kind of sad?"

I think that it's a California thing. Most of my female friends from CA do it. I always have to clarify if they are asking a question or not because I can't tell.

Not a headache, but for the past 2 days heartbeat is elevated and can "hear" through my inner ear what sounds like blood gushing trough my carotid arteries I think. Stress. Just don't feel well generally speaking. Hope I feel better when Jodi gets off the darn stand and STFU! :banghead:

I hope Bobby is a figment of her imagination bc if not this poor guy is going to be embarrassed as hell if any of that is true. If he's cleaned up and got a great job I'm sure he really doesn't appreciate her telling the world his past!!

Actually, I am an attorney who represents families who have adopted children with severe reactive attachment disorder, as well as other issues. I used to do intellectual property law, but switched after I adopted my fourth child who had moderate to severe reactive attachment disorder. It has become my passion after what we have gone through trying to help my daughter develop empathy and conscience and compassion.

I do serve as Guardian Ad Litem also. After my daughter's experience, it is so important to me that children get voice. So often, we ignore what happens early on and sometimes abuse 0-3, even neglect, can have more influence on later functioning than anything else.

Wow wow wow wow. Thank you for what you do. As a person who knows a lot about this issue, I think you can appreciate my awe of this.

I wonder if as an infant, JA did not get the necessary nurturing. It could be that mom was overwhelmed. Not that gives her a license to kill.

I am reading with sadness about the physical punishment people received as children. Please think about this.

As an adult, what if SO wants to teach you a lesson and s/he he hits you with a spoon, a belt, a hand. Anything. Is that OK?

As an adult, you can choose to leave. A child cannot. A child learns that someone bigger can physically hurt them.

There are other things to be done when children misbehave. They do not involve physical or emotional abuse. Hitting someone is abuse. Hopefully, you would not tolerate it for yourself, so it should not be tolerated for children,

Well, if I remember yesterday's testimony correctly, she was failing either because of the situation at home, or her relationship with Bobby, or a combination of both, and she just let everything slide due to that.
See, she isn't to blame for that. It was everyone else's fault. Just like it always is.

LOL Yes so far she has blamed the Mormons, PPL, her moms spoon, her dads belt, Travis's friend and of course the poor TRUE victim in this case Travis Alexander.
