But we've only covered up to their third sexual encounter? Good grief! I can't recall all the details of the sex I had just last week!

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh: Oh gosh we will have to listen to details of the "bits" pics :what:

I've been debating making this post and decided to share lol

As a victim of a sexual crime I find it offensive that Jodi is trying to imply Travis is a sexual deviant. Her testimony today of she didn't want to say no because she didn't want to spoil the chemistry they had is offensive. I don't remember her saying she said no and he insisted or forced her to do one thing EVER.

She, on more than one occasion drove to see him. IF she felt abused, intimidated, used or in any way like she was in danger all she had to do was turn her car around and go home.

She was a willing participant and I'm very tired of the victim being blamed for their own cold blooded murder.

I know it's not easy to share things like that so thank you. Sometimes I feel like my posts make this case about my own experiences but when your experiences make you see something so black and white it's difficult not to share it. For me in Jodi I see a psychopath more than capable of abuse she purports perpetrated by others and in Travis I see a guy who had no clue how to handle a psychopath bent on his destruction should he betray her in her definition of betrayal.

Who had sex with whom, when or how many times doesn't really factor in because the above is where it all starts and stops with me. What Travis should have done differently...well, even that takes on a much different context when one is dealing with a disordered person. The only way this murder could have been avoided is by a) Travis never meeting Jodi; b) Jodi finding a new source of supply and moving onto her next victim; or c) Jodi being incarcerated or dead.

No relatively mentally healthy person can possibly predict what a disordered person will or will not do - or what they are or aren't capable of - because they are just so foreign to any sense of normalcy. JMO (And this is not meant to sanctify Travis - just to illustrate these characters are highly unpredictable and capable of inflicting a great deal of damage if it suits their purpose.) JMO

I wouldnt get that far out of my seat. It would be embarrassing if I fell asleep and fell out of it.:floorlaugh:

Who said that? Please tell me it was anyone but Jean Casarus.

IMO

Honestly I couldn't tell you who it was, and therefore my reason for mentioning it here. It seemed unbelievable.

MOO

Seriously. Our dog's nickname is "mood killer." Puts his paws up on the bed (too high for him to hop up) and snorts and snuffs.

I've got that beat. After a Sunday sermon on" those that have gone before us are watching", stuck in my mind, and all I could think of my mother and grandparents hovering around watching.

So all this oral sex is before they were "officially" dating. I can't wait to hear what happened that made it "official."

I hope Juan asks her to identify her holes in the photo and asks her to describe that encounter. .. Then she can detail each wound on his body

From your post:

Sorry Gitana but I am on my iPad and the screen is small, so I lose long posts.

I am not explaining this well at all, I know, because people go off on tangents,

I do not care about the sex the defense is bringing up. I am not referring to the sex in this trial.

What I am concerned about it that JA is called a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 , etc,

Men who do the identical behavior are not looked at as 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬.

Was Ted Bundy so seductive that he was able to attract women? Was he a 🤬🤬🤬🤬?

That is not even a conversation about Ted Bundy because he is a murderer.

JA is a murderer. If she had a new BF everyday of the week, it does not matter because she is a murderer. It does not matter if she wore a topless outfit. She is a murderer.

TA does not have to be a naive virgin 30 year old male to be a murder victim.

TA could have a new GF everyday. That does not mean that he cannot be a murder victim.

BBM

Did I miss something? I haven't seen anyone referring to Jodi as a 🤬🤬🤬🤬.

If they are going to go over every sexual encounter the two had, no way the jury is going to buy her being pressured every time! jmo

And she speaks of it, o'girl, as if she is talking about making a ham sandwich or about the weather. Is the jury noticing?

All she had to do was to "get busy," and not be available. Nah, she picked him out -- she was gonna have him, and she went about it the way it had always worked every other time. And he dared spurn the woman who would not be spurned.

Oh, surely the jury is seeing this. Surely she is nauseating them by now. All of them, puh-leeze. :banghead:

The taking turns was in the Hughes' home. Jodi gave in the car.

Yes, thank you. I just reviewed the testimony and saw that happened at the Hughes home. Teach me to doze off!:banghead:

(Waaaaaay to many details to keep track of. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.) :blushing:

It is obvious that she did not have bad feelings for Travis. She has written about how lucky she feels to have been able to talk to him shortly before he died. I am glad she has this wonderful memory.

Travis never abused Lisa. Imo she would never lie to the jury. She answered truthfully.

IMO

didn't they stay friends after all the drama was over??

I love him too. Even after he said he would pull out all the stops to help JA if she was his client fighting for her life....He can do no wrong in my eyes

There's much more to it. It's despicable what your talking about for sure.

But men and women are biologically different. There aren't tons of strip clubs chock full of men for straight women. Women hire strippers for bachelorette parties, birthdays etc. women arent shelling out 100's dollars a month on lap dances.

Ykwim?

Speaking of that it reminds me one time when I was in my 20s my girlfriends talked me into going to see the Chippindales or whatever they were called.

I have never laughed so much in my life. Oh my gosh all those women were running around like crazy oversexed women putting their hand all the way down in the guys g-string thingy.

Some had to be grandmothers.:floorlaugh: They were raking their backs and butts with their fingernails leaving red claw marks all over them and grabbing them and kissing them. Some jumping up on tables and screaming for one of the guys to come over there and well never mind. Talk about being treated as a piece of meat.LMAO!

I just lined up against the wall watching it all unfold. I told them they were more entertaining than the very studly hunks in the show. I still have pics of the guys and the women acting so crazy. First and last time I ever did that. I thought I was going to get trampled in the stampede.:D

I was shocked that women acted that way.

When my hubby and I dated we went to a lounge one time that had a stripper in it. She did her striptease act but none of the guys tried to grab her. They did the wolf calls and put money in her g-string but thats it.

Actually, in the dark ages and up until, well, I guess now, women have always been to blame for the sexual downfall of men. Not vice versa. :waitasec:

Well the defense is making this case all about sex. How do you feel about that? What would you like the defense to focus on? The state focused on the murder and the physical evidence and the behaviors leading up to the murder that show it was pre-planned and premeditated. What is it you want to have happen?

I'll trade you! My girl puts her cold, wet nose in all the wrong places! She won't even let my husband kiss me without barking at him and placing herself between us.

She's a rescue horribly abused as a puppy. As such she is one very spoiled, tolerated, and adored dog now.

ETA: Not to be confused with the loopy lab who never catches his tail - like what I compared the defense to. Proud Puppy Mom to a loopy lab/cocker cross and madly possessive rottie/GS mix.

I am tired and disgusted with every other post being about b/j's, oral and anal sex. OKAY, it has been stated, but doesn't have to be brought up constantly! For God's sake we are not teenagers. This is so disrespectful to TA, his family, his religion and his friends. Can't we leave it the he// alone??
