That whole last section about how Travis treated her differently when they were at PPL meetings is so ridiculous.

I attend many business events with my DH. Even though we've done this over 30 years, I understand the difference in how spouses treat each other in these situations.

For one thing, it is a big no-no for couples, single or married to hang all over each other like love-sick cows. It is an opportunity for the people in the business to get together and talk business with hobbies, etc. on the side. The spouse (me) spends time talking to the other spouses and putting together who is who. We may even find mutual interests to discuss.

As for flirting, my husband (who is not a flirt in general), will do some mild flirting with some of the ladies and some of the men will flirt a bit with me. It's pretty innocuous and mostly humorous.

Jodi should have been spending her time meeting other people in the business and making connections which could improve her business.

Instead, we get Jodi and Nurmi here making it all a major factor in the lack of "romance" between the two!

I'll take the bait. If in our fantasy world we imagine that what she is saying is true, she was really used by him. Here is a list of appropriate remedies for that kind of man:

1. Replace the shampoo bottle content in the shower with Nair or Neet
2. Leave a positive/pregnant stick with blue in his bathroom trash and leave and don't take his calls.
3. Super glue his contact lenses to the bathroom mirror
4. In the days of no unlimited calling, call Time, in Japan and leave it off the hook, and go home.

(notice none of the remedies include 25 caliber weapons and knives)

When I start worrying about that, I keep reminding myself that Jodi has admitted she stabbed Travis 27 times, shot him in the head and slashed his throat. Big difference between this case and Casey Anthony or OJ.

Also, keep in mind that this is Arizona, not Florida or California. Arizona, and Maricopa County in particular, is very conservative and "tough on crime."

When you read the jury instructions, there is no way she can be acquitted on self defense unless there is a straight up jury nullification, and I do not see that happening in Arizona.

OT but I think you need to call dentist. You may have a condition called dry socket, very very painful.

I have the feeling that Jodi isn't physically capable of getting pregnant. Blessings from God, IMO.

She has been sexually active for years, with several lovers, she doesn't appear to be the most responsible person, and we have heard nothing of abortions.

Therefore, I believe that she has never been able to get pregnant.

When she said in testimony, that Darryl at one point has said he wanted another child... then Jodi quickly said that they never tried- I think she was lying- that is exactly what she was doing and hadn't been successful. MOO again.

You have to have vaginal sex to get pregnant.

I know what you mean. My husband has attended many business functions with me and neither of us would be hanging all over each other. Jodi was probably a source of embarrassment to Travis by clinging like a dog in heat. :banghead:
