The defense keeps asking: Did it hurt that Travis continued to keep their sexual relationship discreet? Why should it? They both knew that what they were doing was a big problem in the Mormon church.

WHY wouldnt she say that it hurt her (even if it is a lie) in front of the jury? I would think that if it really did hurt her she would use this opportunity to show some emotion to connect with the jury for some kind of sympathy. Yet, she continues to play the tough girl on the stand, refusing to admit that she was hurt by the absence of TA's affection or acknowledgment that JA was 'his girl' She's supposedly fighting for her LIFE. I get the impression that she is hiding something. Is she afraid to show her insecurities or weaknesses? Now would be the time to do it. Something just doesnt feel right. I have yet to hear any real abuse. Being or feeling 'ignored' doesn't really qualify as 'abuse' as far as I'm concerned. What is the most bizarre is she kept going back... TA obviously did not want to be with her. It's like a huge flashing neon sign. I hope the jury sees it too.

I have the feeling that Jodi isn't physically capable of getting pregnant. Blessings from God, IMO.

She has been sexually active for years, with several lovers, she doesn't appear to be the most responsible person, and we have heard nothing of abortions.

Therefore, I believe that she has never been able to get pregnant.

When she said in testimony, that Darryl at one point has said he wanted another child... then Jodi quickly said that they never tried- I think she was lying- that is exactly what she was doing and hadn't been successful. MOO again.

She's not going to tell anyone about any abortions. She's the type who wouldn't need any discussion about it at all, remember. I bet she had them and went shoe shopping directly after. She's a psychopath; they wouldn't be the teensiest bit traumatic to her, but she knows that they could make her look bad.

I want to thank you for typing this out. what is interesting is as you READ the tanscript, you see how SHE says when NO ONE IS AROUND, he is affectionate, yet in regular settings with his friends and fellow Mormons and such, he treats her differently, just as a friend.

My question is, SHE says he treated her as a girl friend behind closed doors and out of ear shot, but everyone else says she was a 'friend' of sorts.

Guys and gals have friends of the opposite sex. It doesn't mean they HAVE sex, but are FRIENDS.

I don't believe one word she's saying. I'm anxious to see Katie's view of the jury this afternoon.
