However, I am willing to bet my right hand that I only missed lies...

And a lot of unnecessary questions. There is nothing worse in a trial when an attorney is stalling.

Hi, LoneTraveler. My guess is that it happened early, but having conventional sex with a boyfriend would not strengthen the claim that this was an abusive relationship.

So far, Jodi's claims about sexual abuse rest on this Very Verbal, articulate woman's inability to voice her lack of comfort about their bedroom activities.

My hunch is that JA has been penetrated so many times by so many men in so many orifices that remembering the precise date of a particular penis in her vagina would require a 130 page spread sheet for reference.

Please don't compare this case to the one in FL. They simply are NOT the same. Different crimes, different jurisdictions, different people involved...everything is different! I realize many have scar tissue from watching FCA walk away free, but it's important to understand that one case does not equal the other!

Stay focused on this one; in this case the killer has at least admitted she did commit the homicide. They have a ton of evidence showing it was her and her alone. This isn't the FL Caylee case.

I get what you are saying, but from THAT DAY FORWARD, I will forever compare psychotic killers to FCA. Just can't help it.

You guys are sooooo gonna hate me for this...

I logged out of WS and just focused on watching/listening JA's testimony and she is really coming off believable. I didn't say I believe her I'm saying if you watch her and forget about everything and just focus on the trial. Let me explain...

1. DT asks a leading question and TA gives a different answer then DT expected.
2. TA seems calm.
3. Giving simple answers only rambling once in awhile.
4. Admitted to going in his email being honest.

BUT she remembers which direction a specific car is parked but not how many days she went on a trip with TA. They only had sex on one occasion on that trip (unless I missed something) and it was a 3 or 4 day trip, doesn't sound like sexual deviancy. She let it slip that it was roommate that called her a when she tried to explain TA said something about telling the hello (I would like to review the video to be positive on that).

Don't hate on me too much just calling it like some might see it SO FAR.

Travis isn't on trial. JA is.

And Travis is a homicide victim; Jodi is an admitted killer. No need to discuss Travis' flaws or what they mean unless we're talking about actual instances of abuse -- and there's no evidence of abuse because it didn't happen. That is just becoming more and more crystal clear with every sentence Jodi utters.

OT but I think you need to call dentist. You may have a condition called dry socket, very very painful.

I've had dry socket before, it's worse than before the extractions. Please call your dentist. I think they can help you. This pain could go on a long time otherwise, nerves in socket are exposed to air now. I'm so sorry about your pain!
