She has sunk to a new low. She thinks she can talk her way out of it by throwing false statements out about Travis. I do not care what underware he liked, she liked or if Travis screwed sheep. It has nothing to do with the brutal, 3 time over killing of him. she has no reason/excuse for the hanious crime she committed. Saying what she is saying, just shows she would say anything to save he Arse and has no feelings for the crime she comitted to not only Tavis, but willing to lie and further insult the victum and his family. If I was on the jury, she would get the needle, and I would want all of the remaining family members of Travis to watch. JMO

Jodi needed an excuse as to why she took the picture of the t-shirt and pink panties. She just threw the boys shorts into the story so she would use it later in her story. That is all it is, just a story. Friends will testify, IMI, what was on the back of that t-shirt. I'm guessing she took it from the house and made the panties to make it look as if Travis gave the outfit to her. Hard to believe anything she says. jmo

Insinuating Travis did this and did that, enjoyed his sex, experimenting with whatever is totally ridiculous and makes J look like a complete moron (more than she is already). It would appear so typical of a guilty person with absolutely nothing to hold onto. What would cause her to murder this man? She is so insecure within herself in regards to feeling love for others that she has truly disregarded life itself. She is a piece of work to have committed such a horrific murder and then DRIVE!! ...back home. Blows my mind!
I have faith the Jurors will get it... And so will Jodi.

I'm wondering if on cross with the DV expert/s, JM will turn any/all 'general' expertise conclusions into forcing them to admit those determinations would fit or could be applied to Travis as the victim.

Maybe that would be a bit dicey since they hadn't assessed him personally. But maybe JM will turn them around in getting them to admit to how many actions of JA fit with being the abuser, hands down.

Especially with this coming after JM has crossed JA which will give him even more to draw from...

I'm not sure how much more direct I can stomach... but when JM gets his turn/s, I'll feel like it's my birthday! (Not that I need an extra one... .)

ETA: I hope my last sentence isn't offensive. I'm sorry if my anticipation for JM is so enthusiastic - but it is just that because I want nothing but justice for Travis, his legacy and his family. I find it painful to hear/see him being treated this way by the DT - and I don't know him or the family, yet I'm human and feel great empathy. I'm also very excited for cross - as JM is the only one in Travis' corner and representing him. I mean no disrespect...

Didn't she also say (from the Thursday evidentiary hearing transcripts which she heard about) that when JA walked in on TA with the child photos, it resulted in 2 acts of violence that will support her being fearful? 95% sure I heard her say that. Anyone else hear that?

BK appears on a few shows and is someone who covers trials for TruTV, InSession as well as CNN. She is a correspondent. She doesn't have her own show, she doesn't represent one side versus another, she is a reporter/journalist/correspondent. She never gives her own personal opinion, she reports on what she observes and adds legal knowledge.

If NG did the same thing (reported and didn't take a 'side') then she too would be the same as B.K. But Nancy's whole schtick is to always take the side of the victim and create controversy to gain ratings. The fact that both of them used to be prosecutors is neither here nor there. It's what they are doing NOW that distinguishes their roles. From the time NG first started on a TV (she was in a show with Johnny Cochran at first), she takes one side and one side only--the prosecution's side.

Juan is going to do his magic, I am looking forward to how in heck she answers him. He is quick, to the point and intimidating enough to tear her down. She may think she can fool the court with her empty detail, but its not going to work.

If they can prove premeditated, slam dunk? Is that what would give her death row?

I am having house guest for 2 weeks, so I will be watching her Friday night show. For those that haven't seen it, it weekly recaps the trial and is pretty good if you have been living in a cave (or have houseguests that you are entertaining, and cannot tell them you even follow trials or :what: do discussions online during the day while simultaneously watching feed on separate screen and also watching tv......all at the same time! :floorlaugh:

I think that's exactly what's going to happen when Juan crosses them.
If these professionals have one foot routed in reality I don't see how they can deny that Travis (or someone in his position) was being victimized. Like you said it will all be kept general and hypothetical. It will be just as effective.

I was not implying that she is a REAL journalist with a degree, but just as much a journalist as BK would be.

You can give Beth whatever title you want but regardless of what you decide she is, she will not state her opinion or give her 'feelings' about cases she covers. She operates the exact same as 2 crime reporters in my geo area--they report on the crime cases all the way through the trial but don't say one word about their own opinions or feelings.

just thought, he called her a three hole wonder and he died three ways. at her hands. when arrested she had 2 knives and a gun she had just purchased, more self defense? i think she cut his throat because he was almost to the bedroom and she was afraid he'd get to the phone. she dragged him back in the shower to wash away her dna on him and thinking quick on her feet she shot him to make it look like there was more than one attacker. this is my first post glad to meet you all!
