Yes, she was very fearful. So fearful she took pictures of him on the bed and in the shower then claims he would not have liked to have his pictures taken while in the shower. When he was in the shower she had the opportunity to leave. She did not but kept clicking away. If someone feels a person is violent and will hurt you, you leave. She did not live with him and was on her way to see Ryan. She makes no sense and will continue to make no sense. How do we know she didn't drop the camera deliberately to get him out of the shower so she could attack him? Jodi did not live with Travis so she had no business being there after the last email he sent her where he appears to have bluntly made himself very clear. She just does not take no for an answer, ever. My guess is Travis tried everything to try and get rid of her. jmo

Arias wanted more from Travis, a relationship based on respect, commitment, trust, love for one another...Her fault is she did not Walk Away when Travis gave her enough signals that she was'nt marriage material for him

Arias should've Walked Away..she kept using using sex as a ruse to seduce Travis to love her...and Travis is to blame, god rest his soul, because he knew he had a hot horny nympho and most guys will never turn away a woman like that..Women like Arias only boost a guy's ego, nothing more than temporary sexual gratification

Hopefully the Arias trial jurors will remember how Freaking Casey Anthony got off and they won't make another mistake with Arias, who deserves the death penalty

The sheer brutality of the excessive slaughter of Travis is way over the top
29 deep stab wounds, slitting his throat to the vertebrae and a "Screw You " gunshot to his head is nothing but over the top evil...

Jodie, it's too late to Walk Away..you brutally killed a young man, a friend, because you didnt have self respect...both you and Travis did'nt have enough self esteem, respect of yourselves to do the right thing..

I've seen many like him and can figured out his intentions pretty quick. He has an agenda that he thinks will free Jodi. Maybe he then have a crack at her.

I think that's exactly what's going to happen when Juan crosses them.
If these professionals have one foot routed in reality I don't see how they can deny that Travis (or someone in his position) was being victimized. Like you said it will all be kept general and hypothetical. It will be just as effective.

I think it could hurt Jodi if she tried to trash Travis anymore than she has and in particular if she has nothing to back it up other than her testimony. What she will claim will stick in the jury's minds and if Juan pins her down with her lies the jury will remember that when it comes time to sentence her. It will disgust them. I think defense is playing with fire. jmo

just thought, he called her a three hole wonder and he died three ways. at her hands. when arrested she had 2 knives and a gun she had just purchased, more self defense? i think she cut his throat because he was almost to the bedroom and she was afraid he'd get to the phone. she dragged him back in the shower to wash away her dna on him and thinking quick on her feet she shot him to make it look like there was more than one attacker. this is my first post glad to meet you all!

I agree with why she cut his throat. Except I think it was to prevent him from getting out of the master suite.

Susan Wright of TX. Lured her (allegedly abusive) husband to the bedroom and tied him spread eagle to the bed and first dripped melted candle wax down his torso and then pulled out a knife and started stabbing him everywhere. During the attack one of their young sons woke up and she got him back to bed, then went and got another knife from the kitchen and came back to continue her attack on the (now dead) husband.

The coroner counted at least 192 stab wounds. That's 192. Not 20, not 30, not 50, not 100. 192!

Amazing prosecutor, Kelly Siegler, led the prosecution of that case and got her convicted. It was a 2nd degree murder conviction.

2nd. Degree. Good grief...speechless at a 2nd degree conviction but geez at least it was a conviction.

I really don't understand why the false testimony the murderess will give about Travis and the filthy child is even admissable.

Not only was there no on the computer (yeah, yeah ... double negative), but there was no child . This is a serious, disgusting allegation.

Other than being a character assassination, what bearing does it have on her state of mind on June 4th. She wasn't acting as some hero vigilante going around eliminating sex offenders. She was not a victim of childhood sexual abuse (or adult sexual abuse) so seeing Travis doing what she alleges is completely unrelated to her defense. It's strictly a low blow. There's no proof that Travis was a pedophile (I feel disgusting even typing that), heck they're stretching the truth by painting him as a sexual deviant who "abused" JA sexually.

I'm really unsure why this was let in. I'd like to know the legal reasons for it. This better boomerang back on the defense when the jury is disgusted as we all are. They're no longer acting professional in my book.

As if JA's not told enough lies already, they are now going this route! I don't completely understand this either. And it's taken JA 4 years to think this bs up too! If Travis was the sexual pervert they're attempting to make him out to be, why on earth would JA continue stalking him, sneaking into his home, and then plaster her undying love and make an internet memorial for such a man????? I read that too. Something like the DV expert said that between "knowing such a big secret" about TA and two incidents of DV after her walking in on him would have made her more fearful on that day. Something along those lines.

She operates the exact same as 2 crime reporters in my geo area--they report on the crime cases all the way through the trial but don't say one word about their own opinions or feelings.

I am just trying to get it straight. No need to be defensive. I don't "give" anyone a title. They either have it or they don't.
