I so love Gus on the stand, both in court with Juan-derful and during the evidentiary hearings.

i did not get to see the whole examination of Gus but I did think he was so full of himself. LOL

I actually got sad hearing Travis singing (?) the National Anthem. I don't even know him but I can only imagine how is family must have felt. The memorial tribute is so touching. He seems like someone who really loved life and was always surrounded by a lot of friends. Soo sad. Has anyone noticed that Jodi has NO friends of her own? They were all Travis' friends. I think she met him, he was her age. He was successful, fun and exciting. She was loving all the trips and all the excitement. She was so excited that he was going to come see her in May and then he cancelled that trip. That did it for her. He was pulling away, going w/ someone else to Cancun and the only way for her to get over him was to kill him.

The hearing starts at 10:00 am local (Phoenix/Mountain) time. The Jury was told to arrive at 11:00 am local Phoenix/Mountain time. That would be 1:00 pm start for those of us on Eastern time.

Thanks Carol, I gather the Judge expects to be done by 11:00am. I hope this is the case, because it makes no sense to have jurors report at 11:00am only to learn that the Judge is delayed, court resumes for 15-20 minutes and then shortly thereafter jurors are dismissed for lunch.

I believe this is one of the biggest of her problems. If she had girlfriends, they would have put a stop to her nonsense eons before she turned psycho. I mean, aren't that what our girlfriends are for? To keep us sane?

She probably saw every female as competition. She certainly doesn't seem to have the highest of esteem.

Presumably this May 10 phone recording was made in the early morning hours -- Travis was obviously very tired and going to sleep.

Later on that same day, Travis sent this text message to Jodi:

"Why don't you have him come and **** you in the woods, I can only imagine you are so worried about me reading. You are paranoid because you have no respect for people privacy and you dare insult me of all people. Someone you should (showed?) through your actions you hate more than love by denying me a human right of privacy countless times. You have a lot of freaking nerve. We are all not like you in that aspect"

Was he upset because this is the call she shared with that other man and then maybe told Travis that she told some other boyfriend about Travis' and the call?? And of course he was horrified

June 1st Week Travis mentions to friends he thinks Jodi hacked his FB account. He tells her to stay out of his life forever.

Above taken from the timeline/Has this or can this be proven? It can inflict more damage to Jodi and show how far she went to stalk, although there is plenty do show that already.

Her computer is damaged...is that correct? Was anything at all extracted from it or do we not know yet?

They usually talked really late at night. I wonder if it was very early on the 10th? Like midnight Friday the 9th into Saturday the 10th.

Not a scratch on her except for her finger that got sliced when his blood on her knife made it slip. Don't buy that he ever attacked her. Maybe he asked her to leave his house and went to take a shower to wash her cooties off him. Then she got him good. :furious:
