there was laughter....but no one knows what they were laughing at. For all anyone knows they could have been laughing at Juan grilling Gus-Gus (which was pretty hilarious)...but its the wide assumption they were being disrespectful. Until I know at what they were laughing at I withhold judgement personally.

Yes, I do remember Gus, circle versus pyramid, I think he thought he was going to be in charge of being questioned.

I have noticed a pleading look in her face as a new defense witness takes the stand. Especially with Daryl. Raised brows, hopeful look etc.:floorlaugh:

Probably the same puppy dog eyes she used when she asked him for gas cans.

She lived with him for four years and she surely knows how to push his buttons to get what she wants.

Okay since WS knows I am a sex crazed grandmother, I will tell you about why my husband and I have recorded phone sex.....however, I think Jodi (if she is the one that did the taping) had much different reasons. My husband was in the Navy for 26 years so there were times we did tape our coversations or there were times I would call his phone and leave him a message for later or vice versa.....BUT like I said do not think this was the reason she did....but there are certainly some legitiimate reasons for taping a phone sex conversation! IM never to be HO

They had officially broken up. Not in love anymore, ready to move on. The only reason to tape the call was to use it against him considering he was dead by her hand within two weeks. She participated so it was not something where she told him to stop, or that she hung up on him once he started talking that way. I think there is more to it, such as what led up to the conversation and that may be the state's argument about keeping it out. Plus what we have heard about the call is in no way abusive. How many times have people said, "just let me alone with.....for 5 minutes" They are not going to do anything they just imagine what they would like to do and does not mean they would actually do it. It certainly isn't evidence he was abusing her. jmo

Can some one post that picture of TA in the shower, facing the camera? That photo haunts me! Am I the only one that sees a pleading look in his eyes? It's almost like he is pleading for his life. Am I the only one to see this?? I'm surprised the talking heads haven't picked up on this. It might just be me but, I pointed it out to hubby, and he told me again, *you missed your calling*.

I think you can tell by the photo right before that one that he does not have his legs crossed by his arms. They are extended straight ahead of him and only slightly elevated. If his legs were crossed his arm would appear significantly higher than it is in this picture. Plus his foot shows it's likely his right foot by it's shape. jmo
