And you mentioned when you went down in the morning, the 26 and it was unlatched, did that strike you as odd or did you bring that to anybodys attention?
JR: I, I dont know. I mean when I was, I think, yeah, I think it probably struck me as a little odd, but it wasnt, I mean sometimes that window would be open because the basement got hot, or one of those windows would be opened.
I find John's statement about the basement window sometimes being open because it gets hot down there, doesn't make sense. First of all, heat rises and secondly, that basement is underground, which would make it much cooler than the rest of the home. I know our basement is a haven on a hot, muggy summer day as it's quite a bit cooler down there. Even in the winter, with the furnace running, it's chilly.
Right you are bella. When I lived in California (during the Punic Wars), the heat was incredible and we had two rooms underground and they were fantastically cool. It was great to sleep there.
