Haven't you noticed that almost every thread evolves into an RDI with scandal material?
Just because the RN addresses the who, what, where, etc. doesn't necessarily make it journalistic. It may suggest the perp is fairly organized, and/or has some technical experience in writing composition.
i agree that who, what, where is not particularly relevant. It's not just basic journalism, it's basic common sense (apart from the ludicrous LENGTH of the note), so i don't think it matters so much, although it's an interesting observation.
what DOES matter more IMO is that IF Patsy wrote the note, it is very strange that she was so "together" to write a decent note (with the who what where's) - ..... if she was so together, and not as panicked as you might imagine, then why didn't she take JBR to the hospital?
even if she was the one who struck JBR, i still think she would have taken her baby to the hosptial. I can't believe the suggestion that, having struck JBR in a rage, she decided to carefully go about writing a 3 page note and staging the scene of the accident/crime, rather than taking her to hospital where she could explain the injury as something else.
All this points in my opinion either to Patsy covering up well and truly AFTER the deed was done (by Burke for exmaple), or to an intruder.
I don't believe Patsy could have thought that the best way to deal with an accidental / rage-inspired blow to the head was to sit down and write a 3 page note with a fake kidnapping! Come on! The detectives saw Patsy's strong, intelligent side (along with, i admit, her conniving, fake, and flirtatious/manipulative sides) when they interviewed her for 20 hours. She doesn't crack like that! She must have been covering for someone (Burke, JAR, John, a paedophilic ring, or whatever), IF she wrote it.
