The murder was captured on video. Kinda hard to deny. It’s reasonable to assume that when this goes to trial, potential evidence the defense has or thinks they have regarding all the “allegations” may be excluded from evidence by the court (judge). So, if the defense has facts to disclose, let’s see it! Put it out in public to make the state have to investigate. In other words, put up or shut up.
