If Emily Glass's boys both gave their dad the same account of the event, I'd be highly inclined to believe the boys vs. thinking the dad is being vindictive or that the boy(s) are lying and saying it was JH in order to protect their mother.

*JMO, I don't know the details of how the boys' father questioned them or the circumstances around the answers they provided.

I think this is the post you are referencing?

I'll alert on this to ask.

The link is fine, but please don't copy and paste information or comments from the FB page. We are allowing the missing poster for Lucas to be posted here.

EQUUSEARCH IS OFFICIALLY ON THEIR WAY! They're currently loading up all of the equipment they'll be using and will be heading up within the next few hours. Tim Miller is in Wichita and has spoken to Captain Allred and they have the green light. Cpt. Allred seems like an amazing man is taking very good care of the Equusearch team.

Amazing news! Maybe this means they got some new pertinent information!

That's wonderful news. I'm sure the Wichita community will be generous and will also volunteer if asked and will bring supplies to the searchers. For anyone who doesn't know, Texas Equusearch is funded entirely by donations from the public. They always appreciate the help.

About TXEQ

Texas EquuSearch Mounted Search and Recovery Team started in August 2000 with the purpose to provide Volunteer Horse Mounted Search and Recovery for Lost and Missing persons. The Team was started in the North Galveston County area because of the high incidence of missing persons in the largely undeveloped area of South Harris and North Galveston Counties. With this in mind, the team’s existence and purpose is dedicated to the memory of Laura Miller, the daughter of our founding director, Tim Miller. Laura was abducted and murdered in north Galveston County in 1984. Our team is composed of volunteers of various experiences, with many being experienced horse owners.

We currently have approximately 1,000+ members and are growing rapidly. We are currently available to conduct searches nation and worldwide. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which is funded solely by donations.

And you can bet there wont be searchers with children on their hips or children there. This will be organized, no one under 18.

A couple three issues I wish to address.

First Equisearch is a heroic organization founded on the basis of a daughter who never received justice. Each are volunteers and respond out if need and the goodness of their indescribable heart.

LE recognizes their effectiveness and the costs associated with transport and set up costs associated with searches.

It might be a very good time for locals (I’m not) to begin to organize and try to raise money for expenses (housing food and travel) when the time comes that LE believes they can be effective.

I don’t remember them ever coming to Alaska, but their group gave us incentive to organize as such. We knew who to depend on for phone calls, housing, travel and food donations. But those things take time. Might be good to work on it now.

While no visible public searches are occurring, LE is working very hard to find Lucas. It’s like ducks on the water paddling away from a threat. They appear calm to us but are paddling like crazy underneath. Many if them have kids if their own and are decimated above and beyond when it comes to finding a tender age child. So if you see a member of LE tell them you appreciate everything they do. Even if they happen to be issuing you a ticket.

Third, IMO, EG Has extensive experience being untruthful and is good at it. LE. Is checking her cell phone for every cell tower it pinged off for all the time since Feb 11 when he was last verified to be alive. Maybe even before because people make mistakes. They either know or willl know everywhere she went for the time frame they need to know. If she drive, and they will have an indication from cell info, they will find vehicles involved and obtain mor info from those.

But some if this info has to be covered by search warrants and probable cause warrants even prior to obtaining the info. They may have trouble accessing her phone and have to spend money they don’t have to hire experts to accomplish that. We just don’t know if EG’s phone was accessible or if and how much cooperation she is providing LE.

In the interview she referred to “my attorney” but has no attorney if record that I have seen.

So no one has given up. It takes diligent detailed work when these cases get to this point. LE is working on it. Let’s give them positive reinforcement to make it just a bit easier. And help prepare for the time EquuSearch steps out of their pick up trucks or off a plane. They deserve and need community support.

EDIT. FORGIVE MISSPELLINGS. FINGERS ARE NOT WORKING WELL THIS MORNING.

Definitely. Tim is very organized and always puts safety first. He would never want to risk anyone else getting hurt while searching.

But if he were that sick, why would he have been outside to play with EG’s sons and the neighbor’s kids on the 11th?

The neighbor described him as staying a bit away from the other kids, if I remember right. Maybe he wasn't feeling well??

Just thinking aloud here. jmo

The ramp itself is locked at 9 pm.....but there are areas that can be accessed from the bank by foot, although it is visible from the street and parking areas all along there. It would be tricky to go unseen by SOMEONE passing by in a car, or walking or biking etc.
Can you walk or push a stroller close to the water....after dark, with little visibility? Any possible cameras?

While she did give more details regarding her version of the last she saw Lucas (the movie, taking a shower then seeing him sleeping, then taking a nap), I don’t necessarily think that this means there’s inconsistencies in what she said in the interview and what she told police originally. Just because the police didn’t state all the other details to the public doesn’t mean she didn’t give those details to them. You can bet that investigators are closely reviewing the interview for inconsistencies though. Same thing regarding her description of the 2 people she states that she saw and the neighbor’s account of seeing her smoking with “an unidentified man.” I’ve never seen reported anywhere any further description of the man she was smoking with. I believe all of these extra details were intentionally withheld by the police.

I found much of her interview very interesting, especially the part where she said she wants to tell “her side of the story” but she’s “not there yet.” What side? Exactly what part of the story is she withholding...and WHY? And why isn’t she “there yet?” What does that even mean??? The most revealing thing to me though was when she was asked if she hurt Lucas, she said “I did not, I would never hurt my son.” IMO, someone innocent of an accusation like that would answer that question with an immediate and resounding “No!”

All just MO :)

They said in the news that the papers from dad were just filed a few days ago. Even though it happened on the 4th, I think dad still has to follow the rules of the child custody agreement until the judge rules on something, no? So if this is the case, she may have still been allowed to see them on the 11th.

Agree. If it was an accident, you sure as heck wouldn't kick someone out.

Me thinks they are both abusive towards their children and they cover for one another. They both know that if one talks, the other will have to do the same about the other person, and both will end up behind bars.

Time for EG to start talking. Enough is enough.

This is on my list of possibilities as well. It would help to know if he was home sick from school in the days before he disappeared.

Or in timeout, punishment, being singled out.

While that's a possibility, I feel that he was NOT ALLOWED to play. jmo

Excellent Charliegizmo49...thank you. I have wondered about her so called lawyer. No family or friend, nor her fiancé/boyfriend/husband, has come up with bond money so I do not see her hiring a private lawyer. JMO. At the next court date I would not be surprised to hear the Judge will allow/appoint a Court Appointed Lawyer, paid by the Citizens. I do not like the games these POI, felons, inmates and others play, especially with a child’s life. I hope Tim and his Team are successful.

Pretty sure that is why there is a law against people riding in the back of a truck. Because it is dangerous. Hey, I grew up on the farm, so I am all to familiar with riding in the back of a truck-I would never allow any of my 5 to ride in the back of a truck now......

There is no state law against riding in the back of a pickup truck in my state. There is for KS but only under the age of 14.

He could have just been playing in the truck and fell out. If he'd fallen out of a moving vehicle onto a highway, it likely would have killed him or he'd had much more serious damage.

A fella I went to school with fell off the tailgate, as they were slowing to turn into the farm, and he lost his grip, and fell off the tailgate, onto the pavement, and suffered permanent brain damage. That was just from like 20-30 mph.

We were permitted to ride in the back of the truck but rarely. Maybe going from one part of the farm to the other, and we had to sit, with backs against the cab.

So glad to see TES is heading to Kansas! They have helped with so many cases. Tim is awesome at what he does. Hopefully he can bring Lucas home.

only problem with that theory is that there would be some trace of Lucas in his vehicle- body fluids would be evident.

I keep thinking back to the neighbor, when Lucas was last seen. When EG was outside smoking with that man, where were the kids, and who was that man?

Is there a missing stroller or baby carriage?

have we received confirmation JH and EGs vehicles were searched? i didnt think we had. i dont mean that to be defensive of my theory but want to know if missed something! if we havent received confirmation, its possible LE hasnt searched yet or if they have, they havent shared what they found. it also seems like it would be possible a vehicle search could provide evidence but nothing damning - lucas was in both of these vehicles frequently so some evidence of his presence would be expected.

but it is also possible they are in on it together and hid him locally....

also agree re the neighbors siting and ID of the smoking man - my gut says the answer lay there....

I wish this poor baby was found. This is just so heartbreaking.

I would like to see a profile of the “abductor” from a FBI profiler.

ETA: John Douglas’ profile he did for the Jacob Wetterling abductor was extremely accurate.

I would also think that JH leaving Lucas with EG would be going against a Parenting Agreement/Stipulation Agreement. JH wasn't really raising Lucas since he spent a majority of his time away from the home. What kind of court system would allow this? Allowing someone custody of a child who was rarely in the child's life.

And, EG probably wasn't paying child support because she wasn't working. So, I am guessing that JH was paying the child support for her... or if at all. If she kicked JH out of the apartment/house then she would get behind on child support. If you get behind on support they arrest you and take away your license in some states.

This whole thing is extremely complex and messy.

JH had told EG's ex that he would pay him child support after his own bills were paid. I don't know if there was a legit support agreement set up, but JH told him that he would only pay for EG's child support AFTER his own bills were paid.
