I just listened to it, but it sounded like she was saying he's so little, and gets hurt easily, while he's on the playground. He plays hard, even if he's little, in other words.

Also while playing with her older boys, and in the mix of older kids on the playground, she's saying he gets bruised and bumped.

Also, at the end, where she says she has to go, she's likely hearing a tone, that's telling her that the call will cut off soon.

I pointed out earlier the oddity in EG talking about the two strangers outside and that she sent a snap of the strangers to their dad.

The full interview doesn't explain that odd turn of phrase. There is nothing there to suggest why she doesn't say she sent it to her boyfriend/fiance/Jonathan. She hasn't been prompted by a question to use this phrase. She hasn't been talking about being alone in the house with two children and sending the snap to 'their dad'. It's just very odd that she uses that particular descriptor for JH when talking about these people outside. I can't think of an explanation right now. I guess it could be due to the storytelling mode and it might be like mixing your tenses or your 1st person/3rd person when writing a story?

When did she send the snap to JH? Was that after something had happened to Lucas and she was thinking of JH in 'dad' mode?

I have really bad anxiety, so I understand that ALL too well. I don't mind storms if they happen during the day and if there's nothing "scary" with them, but the first mention of hail or a tornado or bad winds, and I am glued to the computer/radar/weather until it's over.

It's been a few hours now - how are things? Calmed down a little?

Yes, they have calmed a little. The winds are still pretty nasty but they are slowing down. So far the dangerous branches on the tree have been holding, if it can hold out for another 2 or 3 hours we should be golden.

Something just struck me.... some rental places let you start moving in early, but you can't fully move in (stay there) until the start of the lease. What if the 11th was the actual "start of the lease day" but they started moving stuff in on the 7th. Maybe, EG took the kids outdoors, so they wouldn't get in the way of the movers. EG also had to go back at some point to clean up the apartment... If you don't clean your apartment, they deduct the money from your deposit. I am sure she wanted that damn deposit back. It is possible that EG had done something to Lucas during the apartment clean up. Forgive me for saying this she could have stuffed him in a trash bag and took him out with the trash she had cleaned out of the apartment.

Anyway, I heard the dogs didn't pick up on Lucas' scent in or around the house. It could be because he had never stepped foot inside of the house. We don't know how many hours EG had her boys, she might have had them only 2-3 hours before their bio-dad came to pick them up. She could have gone back to the apartment that day to do the move out cleaning... This is why no one saw Lucas after the 11th because he was disappeared the same day.

If it was an "accident" then why kick him out? Doesn't make sense.

I can't find where it was stated about the man and woman now.
I watched the interview and EG saying she went out and asked them did they need to come inside because it was cold. Something along those lines.
I can't remember if EG was saying this happened on the morning of Lucas going missing or another day.

If it was the same day that Lucas went missing, EG is remarking that it was cold but a neighbor a!so stated that it was warm and his children were playing in the back garden.
If anyone can figure out if these two accounts occurred on the same day can you let me know please its niggling at me.

Regarding EG saying she kicked JH out after the incident with her boys. Could the move to a different house be so EG could make the lie to the 2boys dad about kicking JH out more believable. She could have lied to him and said "we are not together and I've moved to a different house and left him".
If the 2 boys are only with her for one day she could easily explain Lucas' presence there by saying she has Lucas on a Sunday because she has brought him up for years and misses him, so JH gave her visitation on a Sunday.
This is all just speculation by me because I really don't think she kicked JH out after the incident and was just trying to prevent the boys dad reporting it.

I'm pretty much thinking everything she says dances around the truth.

Quick question. .if you declare that you will be hiring your own lawyer and then decide not to, can you then get a court appointed?

I bet she thinks She's smarter than everybody,and will represent herself.
I haven't heard any verication she has a lawyer of her own,or court appointed.

LE has stated the house was thoroughly searched in the early stages of the investigation. I haven't heard confirmation on the vehicle but LE is taking this case very seriously and I have no doubt it has been searched, as well.

Speaking generally:

I think we all (myself included) need to be careful to remember that LE has way more information in these cases than we think, and they are under no obligation to inform the public of anything (unless it's a public safety issue). They're in the solving crimes business, not the media business. It always surprises me when something like this happens and there are a couple hundred fb comments about how LE should do their jobs within the first 10 minutes of the news breaking.

I definitely don't doubt that LE is doing their jobs, and I know that they know 10x what we even know, I am not judging them at all. I more meant from the aspect of, we HEAR about these things... like "the house was searched, LE took 546 items of interest, laptops, their car is being towed." etc. I understand that they are not obligated to tell us these things, normally the media picks up on it and informs everyone else. I'm just surprised that it hasn't been more "out there" in terms of the house and the car.

There probably also wasn't much in the house, given that they had only been moved in for about 7-10 days.

So now I'm interested in knowing if they searched the old apartment. But, if the apartment complex is like others, they had it THOROUGHLY cleaned before new tenants moved in. I know it wouldn't get rid of hardcore blood evidence, but anything minor would likely have been cleaned up already.

I thought the same thing. The first thing I thought was maybe EG did it and the boys lied about it to protect her. But if that's a possibility, we have to assume it's also possible that JH hurt Lucas and he lied and said it was EG to protect his dad. In reality, I'd be shocked if it was only one of them doing all the abuse. That makes so much sense when you consider how nonchalant JH has been about the abuse this whole time, and why he cut his family off when they questioned it.

It's possible that when the older boys' bio dad called EG to confront her about the abuse, he told her he was going to try to get all her visitation rights revoked. This could've
triggered her. Maybe she felt JH made her lose her boys, so he needed to lose his too.

Regardless, it's starting to make sense why JH doesn't have his daughter right now. I wonder what else there is to that...

I'm wondering about the positions each individual was in to get the handprint bruises on a child's chest? How tall are EG and JH compared to the height of a child the age of the bruised child (I think approx 7 yrs old?) It would surely be easier for someone of shorter stature to get a handprint on the child's chest?

The child could have been begged to lie about the person who caused the bruises if it was EG and she told them to say "tell your dad it was JH who did it but stress that it was an accident. If your dad thinks it was me, then he might stop you from visiting me again, and I love you so much..." (guilt tripping the kid into lying.

So I can't rule out the possibility of the child covering for her. But obviously the child might not have been covering and it might have been JH.

In the interview EG has a major pity party for herself saying that it's particularly difficult for her at this time with all that's going on?

As I noted earlier, she seemed to have a problem in that interview calling JH her boyfriend or fiance, instead calling him "their dad". Have they had relationship issues since the 4th February when this incident happened? Did she tell him she'd kick him out? (the irony!) or did he decide to walk because he didn't want that allegation made against him when he's already had allegations of child abuse on his own son from multiple people who assumed 'she' was responsible?.

It is odd that if she was kicking out JH that she'd move into a house, which surely had a higher rent than an apartment? And yet she can't afford to pay child support for her own sons and has to beg JH to send money on her behalf?

None of it makes sense from the outside, just from these snippets, but it does all suggest that their relationship is still volatile, or going through a patch of higher volatility again. And if JH isn't in the home, I can certainly imagine EG taking out her anger on Lucas.

I know a lot of people have made numerous criticisms of JH's interview (the one with the bio mom) and also the statement he put out before. But to me I don't see anything in either that screams that he was involved or knew what had happened. EG's interview is the opposite of his in many ways. He talks about Lucas, he says he's worried about Lucas being scared. EG talks about herself and says she's having such a hard time right now. She says she wishes Lucas was back with her, but she doesn't say she's scared for how he might be feeling or what he might have been going through. In that sense EG reminds me a lot of the interviews with Mariah's mom when KW said that she wished she could have her daughter back.

The timing of that "I have to go now" is very interesting! It really, strongly implies to me that she's hiding knowledge of what happened to Lucas.

PS I wish someone had actually measured that handprint on Lucas' arm to work out the size of the hand it belonged to!

I'm sure I'm annoying people by sounding like a broken record about this, but 1:41 mark of the above video...2 little kids among those in the search party. (Shakes head)

I wish something could be done about that. At first it was mildly annoying, then frustrating, and now it's just making me angry. I would NEVER take my children out to search for a child that I was sure was dead. I'm sorry, but that's the reality. Lucas has been gone way too long now to be able to be alive. PLEASE people, STOP taking your kids out to search! Goodness.

The interviewer asked her "did you then send it to Jonathan?" And EG said yes.

LE could check the apartment cameras to see if Lucas was there on or around the 11th and if they saw him leaving the apartment with EG.

I think it's an error from a badly phrased sentence in MSM.

The article said something like LE were there with men and dogs and they couldn't find Lucas in the house or garden.

I questioned it earlier as I find it odd that sniffer dogs would go into the house to search for someone who lived in the house. Usually the handler gives the dog an item that smells of the person and does that at the spot the person disappeared, outside the front door if the person disappeared at home and is suspected of leaving from that building.

So I think it means that the people searched for Lucas in the house and garden, and they didn't find Lucas (hiding under a bed or in a closet) and neither could the dogs get a trace of him when they sniffed outside to see if Lucas had wandered off.
