Amanda arrived first with Gouker....then Zwicker arrived. Police did not know who it was. Allowed Mr. Zwicker to look down from above and identify the body.......witness talked to Zwicker in his car.......another officer interviewed Gouker.

Witness also interviewed Gouker.....He...Mr. Gouker!

#122....a photo of Mr. Gouker and Amanda.......introduced into evidence

Gouker blamed the black kids at bridgewood (not port).......warrant served at Amanda and Gouker's house......

Several officer's did a brief walk through of the garage and house......then pointed out things of interest to photograph.......

Went in through back door....through the livingroom......kitche straight ahead....one bedroom front of house,one in the back, two bedrooms upstairs.......kids slept on the second floor......

Prosecutor needs to raise her voice and he needs to sit back a little from the mic. My poor ears. This trial has the worst audio.

You must have missed the first few WEEKS of testimony coming from the Levi Sanchez trial. That was a doozy! But this one is bad. I don't know how you guys transcribe this mumbo jumbo.

Russ said Gouker sent the investigation off in the wrong direction by indicating black kids may have been involved.

Collects things at autopsy.....bag contains shirt collected at autopsy.......introduced into evidence and now unsealing and opening.......gloves worn by witness and prosecutor......(another Serna reference).....

Taken out of bag....black t-shirt with awful face on it.......I have no idea who the face is of........now his jeans are opening and shown in court......

Not sure why they are doing this......they are not talking about any of the clothing items just opeing the brown paper sacks and holding them up in court......now his shoes.....black also......

Another small brown envelope....victim's socks.......

Prosecutor went back to her table.....now the yellow paint chip.....took it out too....and introduced into evidence.......
