Evidence as in physical evidence, this is a witnesses testimony which is different.

Why is visual/audio evidence different than physical evidence?

I am more convinced than ever that JGs last story is a sham.

Imo, he is going to appeal his case saying there is no evidence tying him to the murder whatsoever and he lied when he said he did it. Claiming the Judge shouldn't have ever accepted his plea in the first place when there wasn't evidence to back up his 'word' (gag).

He pled the case before JY went to trial hoping it will save him. Its all a strategic diabolical plan of JG.

Gosh I would hate to see it work.

I respectfully disagree. I went back and looked over several days all shots were from the back not the front so you could see the seat height. Over several days the chairs were different heights sometimes JY's chair was higher the male prosecutor. Maybe they are adjustable and the person sitting it is able to adjust to their comfort level at will.

Everytime the camera spanned to the people sitting at the defense table from behind the defendant's chair was several inches lower than the chair to the right of him. The chair to the left of him was catty corner from him and couldn't be viewed from behind.

Have you seen the posts here where the defendant is standing vs sitting?

It's the fact a person walked into that courtroom and took the witness stand to testify.

Ocean, I've been posting that for a while now. I think the master plan is for JY to be found not guilty and even if the time/dated sex tape doesn't spring JG free maybe his son JY will then admit he did kill Trey and that would do the trick.

Jury requested a read back testimony of Gouker and Young, they are in the courtroom right now hearing it.

I definitely think this murder was much more personal to JY than just done to impress daddy dearest.

Just think about it.

JY had to live a lie. He had to tell CPR that he lived as one big happy family. One dad, one mom, 2 sons and a little sister. Yet the stark reality was that was just a façade and he had to fake it once a week in front of the social worker. Josh Young during the entire time JG had him he was only 'allowed' to stay over at Amanda's two times. "Allowed' to really be a part of his pretend family.

I think Josh Young hated that he was tossed aside and left out of the real family unit. The other kids had their own bedrooms while JY had to go stay at Cassie's in a spare bedroom.

I think he resented the hell out of Trey because Trey was known as the good son who had a supportive father that loved him for him and did a lot of productive things with him. I even wonder if he was told by either JG or Amanda 'why don't you act like Trey?' because Trey was known as quiet, easygoing, and very family oriented.

I just think this was very personal with a lot of rage pent up inside of JY. He had wanted to be with his dad but yet most every night he was told to go stay elsewhere and couldn't be with his 'pretend' family he was suppose to have.

I just dont think this is an accurate account of the living arrangements according to Amanda's testimony. She said that she and Gouker broke up after the abortion in January. And Gouker moved out and was fine with it. Gouker was living with Josh in Cassies house during those months before the two days in June when Amanda and Gouker started hooking up again. Amanda stated Gouker did not live there, did not have a toothbrush her home.

OMG....Joshua Young is just as manipulative as his dad!! He's trying to shake his head and pretend like he doesn't like his dad...just playing/acting for the jury!!
