"Kyron Horman's dad still hopeful after three years."

"In an interview with KGW, Kyron's father Kaine said it was hard to believe three years had passed, but that he was still hopeful he’ll see Kyron again.
“There’s so many things I’d want to say. The last thing that I told him is that I loved him and I’d tell him the same thing,” Kaine said Monday. “I love you, man. Life’s not the same. And we miss you. And we’ve got so much to do together still.” "

I wonder if LE focused too much on TH, sometimes. Or if she really left no trace at all. Sometimes I think it is possible she is just a neurotic , self-absorbed woman who was about ready to grow bored with her child anyway, so she did not fight for custody. Some women are fine with babies but once they grow a personality, no as much. She does not strike me as especially maternal. And why she would "take" Kyron when he was leaving that day, and soon to be summering with Desiree for a while, I never understood. Kyron being with Desiree could only increase chances that he might talk his mom into fighting for custody. I just wonder if LE focused on her too quickly and possibly ruled out some of those so-called witnesses at school.

It should not be a surprise that investigators looking into the disappearance of Kyron Horman three years ago from Skyline Elementary School in Northwest Portland have a pretty strong idea of what happened to the child.

While those involved in the investigation will tell you that they have a strong idea of what happened, they will also concede that they are a long way from being able to prove it.

It’s one thing to get an indictment; it’s another thing to get a conviction.

BBM: So LE has a "strong idea" of what happened, but is a long way from being able to prove it ?

What do they need ? JMO, but do they want Kyron or something that belonged to him ?

And whatever happened to that Grand Jury that convened ?

:banghead: This is so frustrating ...

:please::please::please: that Kyron will be found !

THis sounds promising and like they know what they're doing.

They want to talk about how they feel they are getting closer; about how every week they are able to eliminate theories, which brings them closer to what will be resolution.

In the three years since June 4, 2010, they have conducted far more than 1,000 interviews – some 900 alone were conducted with the staff of the school, as well as the children who went there and their parents.

Thousands of tips have been pursued from all 50 states and more than a dozen countries around the world. They still get anywhere from 15-75 a week.

There is not a notion too fantastical for them to pursue.

THis , not so much. it's like they're just throwing things out there hoping something will stick.
