this whole thing stinks to me though. i dont know, some people complained the parents werent talking enough at the beginning.

Again, I'm not sure what you mean. His alibi doesn't have to be proven to anyone but LE, and I'm sure they are investigating everyone in Kyron's family. If he was at work then there will be plenty of evidence from security cameras to work computer activity.
As far as I'm concerned TH is the only one throwing herself under the bus.

I think the email was very informative. More substantial details than we've gotten from any other source. They're probably tired of everything being such a huge mystery, like whether Kaine went to the bus stop that afternoon. Why shouldn't he just come out and tell what happened?

well he specifically mentioned that le said on friday she was still cooperating, 2 days after she hired a lawyer.

so thats where i get the impression he says le is lying/not be truthful, whatever you want to call it, about her cooperation.

and yes, i do find setting up your alibi in an email 'weird'

If it's not a fact then he better not be publicly saying or writing it to a news organization. Intel I'm sure has swipe cards as well as security cameras. Most big tech companies do. His hours at work will be easily varified.

A: KAINE – There was some discussion about the appointment but it was unknown exactly when the appointment was scheduled so we cannot comment for certain.

hmmm...

If Terri handled the appointment making for the kids, it might explain his uncertainty in answering the question.

Also, if the needed paperwork for the appointment wasn't able to be filled out prior to the appt, a rescheduling would have to be made.

Yes I was. I walked K down to the bus stop about 3:35 with Terri following close after we left. We all arrived down at the bus stop together and waited as the bus came to the stop.


Maybe because she knew he would not be there she walked slower............... Trying to go over in her mind how she would act when he was not on the bus.

Setting up an alibi is an interesting comment. You don't think he has told LE where he was the day Kyron disappeared? He doesn't need, or is he required to, "set up" an alibi to the public or media. I'm pretty sure he's already given his work hours that day to LE and they've checked them out like they are doing with TH and her timeline.

I don't think he "called out" LE either. That's a pretty strong term as if he was bashing them or something. He said the media misinterpreted what the sheriff meant, and from what he knows TH is not cooperating now.

He was asked a direct question about if he was working from home . He answered it. If he would not of said what time he got home people would of said WOW WIERD! He didn't say what time he arrived home......... Does he have something to hide? But now that he does answer it people think its wierd? They DO follow the Find Kyron Facebook ( i seen them as friends on it) so they know what people are saying and asking. I would not be surprised if they don't read here. The man answered the question and I see no problem with it. Actully it tells me something I had wondered which is was he home when she uploaded the pic of Kryon that day. anyways JMO MOO IMO etc.

Kaine seems far more forthcoming with information in this. Um...mostly to give HIS whereabouts, but I'm not complaining. Anything is better than "no comment."

Why was that important enough to mention? Terri could have been doing anything when he arrived home, i.e., painting her nails, eating a burrito.. But to specifically mention her being on her laptop at that hour is very interesting. *raising an eyebrow*

This past Thursday, July 1, Desiree Young, Kyron's biological mother, accompanied by her current husband and Kaine Horman, made an emotional, televised plea to Terri, to "cooperate with investigators to bring Kyron home."
But the day after that plea, on Friday, July 2, Sheriff Staton emphasized that Terri Horman "Has been cooperative throughout this entire process." He also points out that, since she is not a "person of interest", there is not sufficient evidence to bring to a grand jury or a prosecutor.
However, a potential attempt to hire a hit man to kill her husband could be a different criminal case, which could be prosecuted separatedly. Whether it actually will be could be determined, as Staton said, during "the coming week".
