Both Kaine and Desiree say that Terri was a great actress because she never seemed to mind taking care of Kyron or making the drive to Eugene.

LE isn't giving them very much evidence/information, per both Kaine and Desiree. They give different reasons for this, such as LE not wanting to put the burden of information on them, so they won't have to lie about anything.

When asked if their belief that Kyron is alive is coming from information from LE or a place inside them, Desiree answers immediately that it's coming from a place inside her. She is convinced he is alive, and Kaine is in full, head-nodding agreement.

Kaine maintains he knew nothing of his and Terri's marital troubles, but the reporter says that Terri indicated to others that Kaine was controlling and unfaithful. Kaine says he can't really speak about Terri's unhappiness in their marriage because he didn't know anything about it.

Kaine and Desiree will participate in birthday parties for Kyron, held in Medford and Portland respectively.

It seems pretty clear that there aren't any adults in Kyron's life who have been "missing" since June 4th, so I don't see how he is OK someplace with someone who loves him. LE finding the landscaper tells me they have the ability to find anyone Terri was in touch with prior to June 4th. She was not careful about hiding contact with him, so she probably would not be careful about anyone else. It is only after June 4th that she felt the need for private phones.

I don't see how he can be with anyone, holed up someplace, per Terri. LE would have had to put out an ABP or something, if they knew of an adult who went missing at the same time as Kyron, if only to help people recognize Kyron. Surely with the FBI, they have figured out all of Terri's contacts, like the landscaper, by now.

I've thought about all this above, too, cluciano63. Surely they've (FBI and others) done exhaustive investigation on computer records/searches and phone contacts. And, indeed, the bat phones were after the fact. Today I was wondering if TH has a library card (being a teacher and all) and could have done a little research on a public library or maybe even at an internet cafe. It bothers me that Kyron was last seen wearing a CSI shirt. Did TH buy him that shirt? Was she a fan of that show and true crime?

Plus, I was thinking about the saying, follow the money. From all the MSM reports, and Kaine's recent statements about her spending habits, a large withdrawal or purchase should be easily recognized. I think this is why Kaine is pushing to find out where she "supposedly" got the 350K to hire top notch Houze. If I were him, I'd certainly want to know that, too.

All this led me to think that it is possible that TH acted alone and her friends may have just been unknowing accomplices.

Thanks, cypress...then that begs the question did TH layout Kyron's clothes for school or did Kyron get to choose for himself?

It's probably nothing, but if TH picked that shirt out for Kyron to wear, it's a little strange. Kind of like a "catch me if you can" message to LE.

I dunno, maybe I've watched and read too much about crime and am giving TH too much taunting criminal credit, now. LOL

I just want Kyron home. I'm praying several times a day at this point. Something I haven't done in awhile.

It's just so sad. Where's Kyron?

IMHO.. There are many adjectives to describe TMH's underhanded diabolical theatrics but great is not one of them..

IMHO.. There are many adjectives to describe TMH's underhanded diabolical theatrics but great is not one of them..

That's why I made sure to differentiate that the reporter said Terri was telling other people that Kaine was controlling and unfaithful, and then I reiterated that he couldn't speak to it because he was completely unaware of her unhappiness.

You'd have to ask Terri. I have no idea. I'm just saying she could have hidden him with "someone" who loves him. She could have a reason for removing him from KH, DY or for that matter TY. That is, If she even did hide Kyron. And I'm just saying we have absolutely no evidence that she "took anything out" on Kyron as you had mentioned in your post.

Which would mean what? That TH felt all their lives were in danger of who...Kaine? So, she feels she's above the law and can do a better job of protecting her step child by hiding him...from what? And, I suppose that's why she felt the need to solicit a MFH against her step child's own father...I guess another moment of being above the law...cuz, LE wouldn't do a good enough job of protecting her family...again from what?

I have seen nothing to suggest Kyron had anything but a loving & nurturing relationship between all of his family members listed above.

If she's responsible, absolutely, if not, absolutely not. An innocent woman falsely accused and wrongly imprisoned for a crime she didn't commit will only produce more victims.

I know a lot of people don't like Terri and believe she's guilty, but I want to believe everyone wants true justice in this case. If Terri is innocent, then despite the public dislike and her questionable choices in the aftermath of Kyron's disappearance, she shouldn't be imprisoned. If she is wrongly imprisoned what that really means is that the real perp is out there, free to hunt his next victim, and we will be here, heartbroken over another Kyron.
