Photo of the incinerator on the trailer in the hangar. Schlatman doesn't think it's been welded on at this point. He used a forklift to get it on the trailer. #Millard and #Smich may have helped. #LauraBabcock

Another shot shows a measuring tape next to a trailer hitch. Schlatman says Millard was measuring it for him; hitch was usually on the Red Ram or the Yukon. July 19, 2012, it appears to be on the Yukon.

So they were all there getting this thing ready, when normally he would be there alone. And none of the friends had any idea what it was actually for. Right.

Did they disallow that suggested license plate to be said in court? I remember it was reported on in court earlier, but it was redacted in the mob reporter video and it wasn't mentioned again today.

Photo of Yukon towing incinerator on trailer. "That would be just outside the door of the shop at Waterloo airport," Schlatman describes. Person in green shirt hanging over hitch? "That would be myself," Schlatman says.

Another text from Millard to Schlatman: "is the bobcat trailer there? put its plate on the bbq"

We heard earlier Millard's nickname for the incinerator was 'BBQ'

Crown Lockhart now shows a photo of the incinerator mounted onto a trailer, which is hooked up to a GMC Yukon.

The license plate name he suggested was blacked out in the mob reporter. I'm curious what he suggested

The generator and propane tank are not in the photo. Millard had an automotive shop attach the propane tank. Schlatman attached the generator himself.

Crown reminds Schlatman the Eliminator cost more than $15,000, not including the trailer. Schlatman ordered steel and other parts for that. "Overall the total cost was about $7,000 when it was all done." Materials, not labour, he clarifies for judge. Schlatman was the labour.

The part I can’t stop laughing at is this guy is expecting us to believe that grown adults are rushing around to make trailers and yelling ya baby for a pet cremation idea

July 21, Schlatman asks #Millard if "the propane is done on the BBQ," clarifies that BBQ meant incinerator. He wasn't involved in taking it to the automotive shop to have the propane tank mounted. #LauraBabcock

I wondered too. They shared the shocking bbq term.

It was tweeted. Cant honestly remember what it was. Nothing earth shattering anyways.

July 22, 2012, text messages indicate incinerator wasn't operational yet. Schlatman believes it "was closer toward the end of that month," that they got the machine working. #LauraBabcock

Next photo of Eliminator from the woods on #Millard farm. It has a propane tank attached. Schlatman says the generator went in front of the propane tank. "I would say it was approximately two foot square? Maybe a little larger," he says. #LauraBabcock

Lockhard is running his mouse over what Schlatman calls the "ash scraper," a tool used to clean ashes out of bottom of incinerator. Probably close to 7 feet long, Schlatman estimates. #LauraBabcock

Schlatman tells the jury a forklift had to be used to mount the incinerator onto the trailer, though he says he can't remember who helped him.

Lockhart asks, "Millard? Smich?"

Schlatman says it's possible.

Once the machine was on the trailer, he says it was about seven feet tall.

Schlatman says the red boxes next to each of the incinerator burners both required power, and the grey box in the middle did too. "They came mounted on the machine already," he says. #LauraBabcock

Schlatman says he put the licence plate on the trailer, got it "from the garbage trailer." Millard didn't have a plate with the new one yet. "He's the one who instructed me to do it."

Judge wants to know if Schlatman built the axels and wheel assembly for the trailer. "Yessir," he says. #LauraBabcock

Why admit building it but not who helped raise it up on it? How is this all helpful for the jury?
