More texts from the evening of July 23, 2012.

Schlatman explains the incinerator "runs on wall power generator is the snag."
He then writes, "meses a larger generator. will talks out that Wednesday."

Millard answers "Okily Dokily"

Schlatman tells the court at this point in time, only Millard and himself know how to use The Eliminator. Schlatman says he never showed Smich how to do it, they never talked about it.

On July 23, the only people who knew how to operate the generator were Schlatman and #Millard, he thinks. He never showed anyone else how to use it, including #Smich, as far as he recalls.

Photo of #Smich at night. "That is the outside of the Waterloo airport hangar," Schlatman describes the background. He recognizes the object in #Smich's hand. "That's the ash scoop from the Eliminator."

Crown Ken Lockhart shows Schlatman this photo of Mark Smich.

Schlatman agrees that's Smich, holding a stick used to clean out the incinerator.

"Ash scoop?" Justice Code asks. "I guess it was more an ash scraper," Schlatman describes how it is used to pull ashes from the bottom door of the incinerator.

July 24 text conversation between Schlatman and #Millard. "I had it running fine on the big gen," Schlatman says. Millard is having trouble getting "it to ground properly."

Schlatman has seen stuff in the incinerator. "Ash and fragments, bone maybe." He thinks he maybe went to the farm to get the generator.

Schlatman isn't sure when or why he was at the #Millard farm. There "There was a funny smell from it. It smelled like rotting. It didn't smell very good. was stuff inside so the burn was interrupted or not done right."

Texts from July 24, 2012, 3:46 p.m.

Millard: "2 probs on Bbq. I calculated wrong we need a minimum of 2500 wat gen. Canadian tire has em on sale for 399. Reg 500. also black ext cord is bad. Doesn't ground properly."

Schlatman says he saw some ash, bone possibly in the incinerator one day while working on the farm. He doesn't recall what day this was.

"It's so long ago now I don't remember why I was out there. I could only guess I had to fill it with propane. I could smell a funny smell. Like rotting. Not nice. There was stuff inside of it. So obviously whatever the burn was interrupted, not finished or done right."

Schlatman thinks he was sent by #Millard to refill the propane tank on the incinerator trailer. He can't really remember why or how he saw it with ashes. He believes it was at the farm, in the barn.

"Another dead deer at the farm," #Millard tells Schlatman. "Your mission is to fill the propane tank and bring it back to the hangar."

So he didn't show MS how to use it. Him and Millard are the only ones that know how, he goes to the farm to assist Millard in the middle of this "unknown" burn cycle that smells like something is rotting and he's walking free because??? MOO

Text from August 28, 2012:

Millard: "Another dead deer at the farm (website) has locations of stations that sell automative propane. your mission for this afternoon is to fill the incinerator's tank."

Schlatman responds "On way way."

We're taking the afternoon recess. Back in about 20 minutes.

Those text messages were August 28, 2012, when Schlatman was sent to fill the propane tank. He agrees that's when he saw and smelled something in the incinerator.

Crown is done with Schlatman. Court break.

I’m confused. What was the rotting smell in the incinerator in August when Babcock’s body was burned on July 23?

Well the way I'm reading it is Millard screwed up the burn as SS said and it was in the middle of her burn cycle? Anyone else getting this impression or am I way off?

wha

what a moron, for not looking into this more. What possibly could he need to burn, at an abandoned vacant farm.

DM couldnt even refill his own propane tanks? Guys a total idiot, aside from the obvious reasons.
