Local 6 Uncovers New Info in Anthony Case

what does it matter really if he picked it or kicked it imo its all irrelevant

if i stumble across something and i check to see what it is, its still a dead body, him replacing it makes no difference he didnt kill her wrap in in her own blanket and place her there if he hadnt checked she might not have been found imo they should be thanking him not saying you moved the skull a couple of centimeters get a grip dufence team grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

EXACTLY!! ITA It's fortunate he did find it before a dog did if it was exposed. How do we know it wasn't rolled and sniffed and moved by an animal everyday for 2 weeks before RK found it either. There's has to be something reasonable in order to find reasonable doubt. This is reaching at it's finest IMO.

:twocents: Well may I :innocent: just add that the excerpts presented are just a "taste" of an actual depo process with an aggressive (following TOS here :innocent:) defense Esquire WITHOUT a case! (of course, the last clarifier comment is IMHO :innocent:!).

The key points gleaned from the depo experience is just that: experience with the participants and the "trigger points" aka which buttons to push of EACH participant to get the "right for the jury to see" reaction. The information parlayed within the depo was PROBABLY present in the hard copy report or some other interview source BUT now "fleshed out" and those individuals  with grandiose egos/shake data/superfluous smoke & mirrors will embellish :truce: and sometimes forget that he/she is under OATH and the words MIGHT be read back while on the stand!:banghead:
Staying on track and true to one's commitment to the VICTIM is the way to get thru a caustic deposition process (and having a Godiva bar immediately after helps too!:seeya:)

Again, let's remember that the State has the BURDEN of proof BUT they also have the "home team" advantage in that the jury will NOT BE LEAVING COMMON SENSE at the courtroom doors, life experience will factor into the evaluation of "beyond a REASONABLE doubt" regarding the hypothesis  or the flurry of theories  from the defense gang.

31 days....signed statement declaring the NANNY was the perp....."invisible associates"....the TRUNK....her "invaluable assistance to HELP find Caylee"...LIES ... The 911 CALL..... and the most important, CAYLEE MARIE telling us HER story etc.

I don't understand the significance of whether or not he moved the skull...what does that have to do with anything?

I really truly have a headache.
We here at Websleuths have basically read every...single...page of released evidence. I wish I could talk to all of the talking heads that are making speculative misinformed comments about this case. I am going to go mad if I hear one more person or lawyer or reporter on the tele wrongly paraphrase the facts or twist the facts or pick and choose what to report out of unreleased evidence of this case in their 15 seconds of paid fame spot!!!!!
Ok I realize that some are very good people but this case is important. It's about Caylee. The people that are misstating the facts of this case need to take the time to educate themselves about this case before they open their mouths. They might not mean to taint the jury pool but they are. And that doesn't equate to Justice for Caylee. And that is the bottom line. Justice for Caylee.

For the past few days it's beginning to look as though the defense is in the process of pre-brainwashing the potential jury pool. Isn't it amazing that JB, who stressed the importance of a non biased, non prejudicial jury is helping the media put out all of this not new misinformation? Just when I thought he couldn't make my stomach turn anymore he outdoes himself. Maybe I need to stock up on the Pepto too.
His defense strategy has changed almost on a weekly basis, but now he seems to be getting down and dirty, just a glimpse into what we will see him doing and saying at trial.

Nothing. But how does it fit in with Casey accidentally let Caylee drown, or Invisananny stole Caylee from Casey?
Which implausible story will they go with? It would be good if they could at least settle on one.
These two are already confused, it won't take much for them to make a complete chaos of her alibi.....

Are they intending on establishing that he could have moved the tape, applied the tape, staged the scene...to what end? It still doesn't jive with anything Casey said...or claimed in her own words. IMHO they're intent is just to make things messy. What they tend to forget is that Roy K. is not the one who'll be on trial. The State will have a field day with this...attacking the "hero" in this story? I hope the Defense has something better than this 'cause I doubt the jury will take kindly to dragging RK through the mud.

Question...has the news station posted the depositions in their entirety?

OMG! They're back to Kronk did it?!? I'm just sick of that carp.
That is so wrong on so many levels.
He has not been accused of any wrongdoing - except by JB and CM. All he did was discover little Caylee's remains. They've already put him through hell and now they're starting up again. This time they are saying he tampered with evidence!
I say it's time for Mr. Kronk to file a lawsuit - they are slandering him.
Mr. Morgan . . are you listening?

I don't think the specifics of these releases matter to the Defense.

It is all about headlines, sound bites, teasers and, quick images to taint the future Jury pool.

Headlines such as CBSNews are priceless to the Defense to pre plant seeds of confusion and doubt. Most folks will not see further than the headline or teaser.

Evidence tampering in the Caylee Anthony case?

WARNING: GRAPHIC!!

I really don't understand where they are going with this? If they want to get "technical" then I would say, yes, Caylee's remains had been tampered with.

When Caylee was dumped into those woods off of Suburban Drive, she was in the early-middle stages of decomposition. Animals; scavengers FED off her body. They RIPPED her apart and spread her out over a large area. I am sure the members of this jury, at least once in their lifetime, has watched a Discovery Channel show on animals eating their prey. That is what happened to Caylee! The way Caylee's remains were found scattered over this area proves this! The bite marks on her bones prove this! So if the defense wants to get technical and say that Caylee's remains were tampered with... I am sure the State will have no problem showing a jury exactly HOW Caylee's remains were tampered with... by ANIMALS!

Oh, not to mention that the Florida elements (extreme heat, Florida summer thunderstorms, flooding, and a Tropical Storm) helped in "tampering" with Caylee's remains.

And if ANYONE did any kind of tampering... it would be Dominic Casey. Poking and proding. Picking up the blanket and walking all over the area where Caylee's remains were later found... oh, and he's the P.I. for the parents of their defendent who have no problem lying and covering up for their daughter! And there's video to prove it!

It really is frustrating, and it happens all the time, not just Caylee's case and not just one network.
I have been interviewed over the years and both tv and print news have managed to get some important things wrong. They have even put quotation marks around things I did not say.:banghead:
Now I turn down print interviews .It's a shame, because I want to bring attention to my causes ,but I just don't trust the process any more.

That's the great thing about WS and FL Sunshine Laws :rocker:
We don't have to rely on someone elses version .:great:

Hopefully ,that same potential jury pool is also hearing about the mitigation work going on.

I swear, it's like the defense is convinced they can make orange juice come out of an apple. They just keep going sideways into things that make no sense and really, can be rebutted in ways that just makes Casey look worse. I would LOVE for them to accuse him of tampering in court and then the prosecution comes back with a graphic description of how the animals tampered with her body too. These lawyers are the biggest morons I have ever heard of!

I mean, really? Saying the crime scene was staged by the man who found Caylee is not only revolting, but ridiculous. How is that going to get them over ALL of the other evidence? It won't. No jury is going to be dumb enough to fall for that. It's really a level of stupid that I didn't think they would surpass. I was wrong again.

Baez and Mason, if that is all you've got, you might as well stick that needle in Casey's arm yourselves. Seriously.

OOOOKaaay.........so this drivel is supposed to make us and potential jurors believe that there's a probability that Caylee accidently drowned, ICA panicked, bagged up the poor baby's body, drove around for a couple days, then handed off the body to RK, with instuctions to hide it, which he did, after duct taping her up (which his ex says he has a thing for), then called the LE to report finding the body cos he's some sort of psychotic glory hound....oh, and I suppose he came up with the nanny story for ICA to tell, told her to go out and have a good time and not worry- he was glad to do all this for a stranger???? Isn't it convenient that all this carpola is news, but JB facing possible contempt charges is not? GMAB!

MOO

Jurors are instructed to use evidence presented in court only. If they adhere to those instructions it won't matter what info is leaked to the media.

 Ya, what okie said!
What irks me are the news people who pride themselves on being "investigative" reporters and are really just regurgitating information fed to them by the defense without so much as checking it out ... you know verifying and actually investigating their stories first ... jeeeze :nono:

I agree ... Like subliminal messages though it plants seeds in the subconscious and could sway someone to become a rogue juror. Propaganda would not be seeded like this unless there was some gain no matter how desperate or remote ... We are all human. We are not Watson.

True, cyber ... but the seeds that are being planted are being carelessly strewn all over the place ... and they are all different seeds all mixed together ... and poorly tended ... my point? This team has not carefully planned anything and their propaganda campaign is just one more example of the "hot mess" this defense team and their "strategies" are !! We don't have to worry about this team creating REASONABLE doubt, only a big confused mess of unreasonable conclusions ... :twocents:
