What's with the 50 feet crime scene tape Baez is getting at? What if you do NOT have 50 feet each way to set up that tape?? And the darkness of the area??

Anyone know "when/time" the street sweeper went thru? (2:30am to 5:20am as crime scene).

And what is the deal about Baez asking the EMT about the position of the victims head?? Just a distractions on Baez's part? Just saying the crime scene was compromised??? Don't really know "where" or "what" he's trying to prove?

They showed a close up of Hernandez' tattoo on his neck - does it say "LifeTimer" ??

That would be Linda Kenney-Baden; she was on the Casey Anthony defense's side too; friend of Baez's (or would that be Baez'). She's married to Michael Baden, pathologist (testimony -defense side- OJ trial) also JFK assassination, and Martin Luther King.

I wonder if the jurors will hear how LE found his Toyota 4Runner hidden in his uncle's garage complete with cobb webs, as they were investigating AH's involvement in Odin Lloyd's murder.

Why does the DA keep repeating the same questions - i.e. where the DJ bar was and where it is now....

I remember I in grad school after OJ was acquitted and I was a resident of Boston but somehow was still on the list for jury duty in Los Angeles, even though I had not lived there or even had residency there since I had graduated HS. I wrote a letter on the JD summons my parents sent me (they still were living in LA) and said something like "please send me a plane ticket since your state is incompetent of picking a jury... I would love to be on one out there"... I seriously hope (now that my residency is reversed) the state that I still consider home is smarter then the one I reside in currently...and regardless of what kind of attorney Baez is, the jury will see the facts as they are...Hernandez is a killer...and is guilty of killing these two men, just as he was guilty of killing Lloyd, and tried to kill the guy in FL in February of 2012 who I am pretty sure is testifying in this case.

The witness, Hartford resident Alexander Bradley, lost his right eye in a February 2013 shooting in Florida. Suffolk County, Mass., prosecutors on Monday announced an indictment charging Hernandez with a single count of witness intimidation, and said Bradley was shot after he "made a remark about the homicides" in Boston. Bradley was not mentioned by name, but his identity is clear from court records.

Hernandez, 25, faces double murder charges in the deaths of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado, who were shot in the early morning hours of July 16, 2012, after leaving Cure nightclub in Boston's Theater District. According to prosecution documents, Bradley was in the passenger seat when Hernandez pulled his car up next to the victims' vehicle and fired the fatal shots. The double homicide was unsolved when Bradley was shot in Feb. 13, 2013, less than a month after the Patriots lost the AFC Championship game to the Denver Broncos.
