Has anybody found him in the court records? I read today's hearing was in Quincy District Court, but I don't see him in the system.

MOO:
Jan 1 trip to his mother's in (couldn't hear prosecutor)? Time was unaccounted for as he stated he "got lost" on the way there. Did he dispose of the body on the way to his mother's?
Jan 2 What is likely the cleanup and body disposal items were purchased. Did disposal happen today?

These two days are the key ones I think, based on the hearing and what was covered in it.

Sad that it appears to have ended this way.

I was really hoping it was some kind of scheme or any of the other more creative theories.

Here is the full hearing

So, he never reported her missing, employees in her company did that.

Her phone pinged in the area of the house on January 1 and 2nd AFTER the time he claimed she left.

He told police that on January 1st, he went to his mother's house in Swampscott (note for anyone not familiar with Massachusetts, Cohasset is on the south shore of Boston, Swampscott is on the north shore, it's about an hour drive between the two), but it took him a long time because he got lost.

He said he went to Whole Foods and CVS but there's no evidence that he actually did this.

He says he took his son for ice cream on January 2nd, but there's no evidence of that. Instead surveillance showed he went to the Home Depot in Rockland where he bought the cleaning supplies. As well as drove around Abington and Brockton, though his lawyer says there is no evidence he stopped anywhere in the latter two locations.

His lawyer confirms that he does have an ankle monitor on him.

Interesting.

I wonder if this has to do with the fact that he was a stay at home dad who was about to be sentenced and would not be available to care for the boys or any other of the home body chores that freed her to spend the work week in DC. I wonder what plans were being made for that time frame. Did she plan to stay in DC for that time and take the boys down there with her? If the boys stayed in Boston who would have been available 24/7 while she was in DC? Maybe they argued over those issues. If the relationship with his mother was not good and he was not around to be a buffer, maybe she was planning to move down to DC with the boys permanently. MOO MOO MOO

This has Dulos vibes written all over it. I sure hope they find her (body).

BW sounds like a real criminal genius (sarcasm):

- Leaves a paper trail when buying an abnormal about of cleaning supplies the day Ana went missing (presumably either by using his credit/debit card or not taking off his ankle monitor)

- After spending a boatload of money on cleaning supplies, he proceeds to leave a bloody knife in the basement

- (Presumably) has his mom lie for him (either knowingly or unknowingly) about Ana leaving at 4 a.m. to get a ride to the airport when there are no records of any rides nor any taxis/cars captured on surveillance footage
BBM for emphasis

He was seen on the Home Depot surveillance cameras making the cleaning supplies purchase.

JUST hit CNN. Showed a lawyer speaking and he was looking on , 'perplexed'. Also was added that he wore a mask and I think gloves, and something else (forget right off) at Home Depot. Paid in cash. Why and how to carry on going to cover it up and function. MOnsters..

Well, Dulos was stupid, and no body.
The Guy from Bellamy Gamboa case -stupid and arrogant ..and still no body …it’s so heartbreaking because these precious and delicate women they all deserved so much better

The GPS monitor makes sense, because it's reported that he used cash for the Home Depot purchase. I had assumed they knew about that purchase from card activity, but they probably knew he was there because of the GPS.

I think he killed her in the heat of a vicious argument after their guests left, likely due to divorce conversation or something along those lines. He made up the story thinking it would fly as an explanation for her being gone. He then turned her phone back on to get phone numbers of her friends to call and express concern of her whereabouts to after initially turning it off when he killed her early on 1/1. This then caused it to ping the towers and from that point on he had no path available to avoid responsibility since it went against his alibi. He’s a completely evil, self centered moron, and I’m glad he will likely never see the light of day again. MOO

This is all so Millete. Dulos.

Tyvek? Suit?

Just how many tarps?

Tyvek, tarps, knife.

Paints a graphic picture.

JMO
Tyvek? Not plastic electrical ties which I could understand.. but Tyvek? Look at and think about the many uses, properties and cost of Tyvek here on this advertisement. Tarps are the next expensive items on his list but they don't come near to bringing the price up to $450.00. If my assumption is correct about the high cost of body disposal supplies in comparison to less expensive cleaning supplies, then why would anyone need to buy that much Tyvek when disposing of a body? Never mind why he bought so much ... how about what plan did he have in mind when he bought it all? I'm out of the loop and need some education on this Tyvek thing.

Did they check MT's ankle GPS tracker. It's only a couple hours drive from Hartford to Boston. Maybe she helped with the cleanup.

Seriously, check video of dumpsters in the area like they did with FD.

Who buys $450 worth of cleaning supplies but then leaves the knife in the basement with blood on it …
A guy who gets caught selling bad Warhol forgeries on ebay. A guy who gets caught ripping up his father's will and plundering the estate. Basically I'm wondering if this guy even managed to commit a crime he wasn't caught at. A master-mind he is not!

Jan 1 claims trip to mother's in Swampscott. Later on 1st claims he made trip to Whole Foods and then home. Police switched their attention to the north shore area.
Jan 2 claims he took son for ice cream and went nowhere else. But, what is known by LE is that, after 4pm he went to Home Depot in Rockland and purchased Tyvek, mop, bucket, tarps, drop cloth(s), and various kinds of tape. Cost $450. I'm guessing he could feasibly have been ready to dispose of the body later that evening or in the early am hours of the 3d. But, when he did actually dispose of the body; who can know for sure. IF after Jan 2, no more trips were made by him using a vehicle after the Home Depot trip... could Ana still be in the area of the home?

What puzzles me... Did he go to Swampscott to bring his mother home on Jan 1? It couldn't have been a visit trip if she was at his home over New Year's Eve. Do we have verification that she was at his home from Dec 31st to Jan 1st? I thought we did. If he drove her home on Jan 1st did he bring his boys along for the "getting lost trip while driving" to Swampscott? If Mom stayed with the boys at his home in Cohasset, then why did he drive to Swampscott while "getting lost?" Shades of Casey A...

Edit to change "she" to Ana.
And for clarification of comment.

TYSM, that worked. For some reason it still doesn't come up when I search his name.

The federal court filings say they were living at his mother's rental. Today in court, they said he was going to visit his mom in Swampscott.
They also said in Court that he got lost.. has he never driven from his home to his mother's before? Or didn't he have GPS? JMO.

That's what I'm wondering. He may not have had the chance to dispose of her yet. When did the police show up at his home? Was it the 3rd or the 4th?
