He couldn't help but flinch, but he looked like his brain was going a mile a minute toward the end of that. Maybe he wishes he could google "how to scam your way out of a DNA -linked murder charge" from jail.

I am glad the prosecutor in this case is willing to go forward without a body. So many prosecutors refuse to do so allowing a perpetrator to go free for years, maybe forever, because there was no body.

Are there some examples of cases where prosecutors managed to convict someone of murder without a found body?

The Court TV angle of the prosecutor reading all of that info, with Brian in the background, unshaven in a dingy sweater looking right at her the whole time, was frankly more than I needed to see this morning. This is horrific. Having said that, I have to thank the investigators for tracking all of that evidence down.

Didn't we hear from the Walshes' friend GM that Brian told him on New Year's Eve that he had lost his phone? Yet to investigators Brian said that he didn't realize that he didn't have his phone with him until he "saw the pirate ship on Route 1" on the way to his mother's. This would have already been a half hour to 40 minutes into his drive to Swampscott. So that doesn't seem to add up but a small mistake in the grand scheme of things considering all the Google searches he did!!!

Edit to say, plus I thought the pirate ship was torn down years ago but maybe he meant, where it used to be.

Thats what I was thinking too. I hope the 6 year old couldnt read much yet and wasnt able to see his searches

Did the prosecutor say that there was another man with BW disposing of garbage bags or was it a man resembling BW. I think I misheard that.

I heard, it was a man consistent with the appearance of BW. Meaning, they weren't ready to say it was definitively him in this particular hearing but...it was.

I know we've seen a lot of extremely stupid criminals, but is this guy for real?! Horrific, absolutely horrendous but so incredibly dumb. He's toast.
