However, Brennan is surely dramatic and embellishing with his. So far, he has missed the twinkling sparkling and dancing red tail light pieces piercing John O'Keefe's right arm. Whoops...

Can’t believe we’re back here again. Feels like we were just following the first trial. I missed the prosecutions opening statement but have it on now. Busy day so can’t pay too close attention but I am extremely interested in how this trial will go. Unfortunately, I feel that the prosecution now has strategies to counter what the defense presented in the first trial. Not that I think the state’s case can get any “stronger”, but you never know what a jury will end up believing.
