I will give Brennan this. He is at the least, more dramatic and engaging than Lally was in his opening statement. Lally had put me to sleep. However, Brennan is surely dramatic and embellishing with his. So far, he has missed the twinkling sparkling and dancing red tail light pieces piercing John O'Keefe's right arm. Whoops...

In my opinion it will probably go something like this....You can believe ALL the data and electronics stuff that hank uses and you are to not believe ANY and ALL data, that the Defense uses.

I hope the judge is limiting the time spent on opening statements like she is on closing statements. I've heard more than enough of this story brennan is dramatically spinning. JMO

The spectators in the courtroom appear bored and disinterested IMO

She clipped him, he fell back and broke his head? Is that what I just heard brennan say?

Alan Jackson was the lead prosecutor in the Phil Spector murder trial

I think Brennan did a good job. Compelling. He has avoided Proctor and focused on everything else. It’s a good strategy for the CW. I’m not buying it, but someone else might.

Did brennan possess the first responders body in order to give this narration? Dramatics galore........LOL.....
There are just so many incredulous considerations to this case. It truly is hard to know what's right and what's wrong.

Can’t believe we’re back here again. Feels like we were just following the first trial. I missed the prosecutions opening statement but have it on now. Busy day so can’t pay too close attention but I am extremely interested in how this trial will go. Unfortunately, I feel that the prosecution now has strategies to counter what the defense presented in the first trial. Not that I think the state’s case can get any “stronger”, but you never know what a jury will end up believing.

You can certainly see what he earns the big bucks.
