So over the last two weeks, I’ve looked multiple places trying to find an answer to these questions and I’ve not found anything so if they’re posted somewhere please forgive me. As a person in the medical field, I find it very difficult to believe that John laid in a blizzard for 6 hours and didn’t have any notations of frostbite from the hospital photos or the autopsy. Without knowing the windchill it would take roughly 30-40 minutes for Hypothermia to kick in & the alcohol would have sped this up. His hands and face would have most definitely had frostbite. Has anyone shown someone roughly the size of John standing next to a Lexus like Karen’s to show where his body would be (specifically, his arm) in relation to the tail light? Lastly, if someone put John in the yard to frame Karen, how would they have known to accuse her of hitting him because they wouldn’t have yet known her tail light was broken. She didn’t technically break the tail light until she was leaving the next morning to look for him so if someone had killed John in the house, they wouldn’t have automatically said oh let’s put him out in the yard and say Karen ran him over. They wouldn’t have known her tail light was broken until they saw her that morning when he was already put on the lawn. Does anybody have an explanation for this? Was it ever considered she did in fact hit him but it was just an accident? Why did it have to be murder? Thank you in advance

I personally think Karen placed herself to be framed by raising the alarm that morning, going to get friends and finding him. I think JMc quickly realized to just go with Karen hit him because she was asking that question herself. This is all my opinion.

Dighton police officer also testified the taillight was only cracked when towed from the parents house.

Truly unbelievable no pictures were taken of the taillight before they put it on the tow-truck! Or maybe pics were taken by Proctor and never submitted due to what it showed.

I personally think Karen placed herself to be framed by raising the alarm that morning, going to get friends and finding him. I think JMc quickly realized to just go with Karen hit him because she was asking that question herself. This is all my opinion.

BAD, BAD timing of things. Otherwise, John would of been found by a neighbor most likely, explained away as being hit by a plow, poor plow guy. Plow man did testify that he saw one of their cars parked on the street in front of where John's body was found , towards dawn. Not there earlier. Plower knew whose house it was so did him a favor of not reporting unfortunately. No parking on street in a snow storm after midnight or in Winter really. Law.

Since John O’Keefe didn’t own a dog, I would guess it was from human food.
If it came from a dog’s mouth, I would expect to see DOG DNA
As far as I know, they don’t have wild feral hogs in canton

What was from human food??? We'll never know because Chloe was not available to get any DNA from her. Maybe when she was not attached to John's arm, SHE HAD PIG TREATS OR CHEWS. She is another victim in this. Imagine being rehomed and not knowing why???

The vehicle is parked more in position of where JOK’s body was found, near the road... that is my understanding. I could be wrong, though. During trial, I am sure ADA Brennan explains exact location of where JOK’s body was found.

I believe it was closer to the road than what msm has been reporting. Ive always been under the impression the body found more near flag pole or fire hydrant.

It is even more suspect that KR knew exactly where his body location was being near the road. However, either way, KR knowing where the body was that morning is a huge red flag for me!

I am wondering the same. I’m not sure that the place he was allegedly hit and the place he died are the same. I’m looking for more explanation of how he got from the curb to where he was found and how deep the snow was when Karen left.

There was hardly any snow when the alleged collision took place around 12:25-12:30 AM. It had just begun snowing according to everyone leaving the Waterfall, and the snow had not accumulated. Therefore, at 0100, 0130 and 0230 in the morning when all the partiers were leaving by car, they couldn't help but see a 6 ft body lying right there beside the roadway if he had been laying there at that time.

You will be amaaaaaaaaazed at all the deleted texts by the occupants of the home, who did not come out to see, with all the commotion, screaming from frantic Karen, red and blue lights. 'butt dials' explained all the calls to and from the homeowner and another former I believe now also, Law enforcement person at the house gathering. Butt dials all night long, well after midnight of course. They destroyed their phones the day before they were ordered to hand over. Got a heads up.. The 'lead detective, Proctor was fired for his role on all levels on this.. NO investigation to the house and ... you name it , he did it , with help, hence fired from the STATE POLICE. It is a RIDE. IMO

Chloe was always available. AJ never made An attempt to see the dog.
AJ made a big stink claiming he wanted moulds and to measure the dogs teeth.

Prosecution now has moulds and measurements and AJ fought like hell to keep them out.

Thank you, I feel the drawings or renderings are misleading because when I see some photos it looks like he wasn’t that far from the road. I wish they could just take actual pictures of the property with a steak or something marking or outlining where he was actually found in relation to the road second there’s a lot of confusion for me in regards to the tail light. I would really like to see what the tail light looked the minute it was confiscated not after it made a trip to Canton, but when it was very first put on that truck and then again when it arrived in Canton, because all of the glass was not missing. I think it’s possible she cracked it when she backed into John’s car but I need to see a picture of the Lexus backed up against a Traverse that would’ve been where Johns car was aligned with the Lexis taillight. I’m not sure any of this was intentional, covered up for sure.

I wonder where that neighbor was on 'that' night. I have not seen any interviews from local papers about/after 'that' night. I'm sure there could be some interesting observations from the neighbors, LE or not.

I’m sure many initially were hesitant to speak out. I know I’ve seen pictures of that night taken by neighbors across the street not that they showed anything other than LE vehicles and lights but the goings on DID wake the neighborhood.
