AJ is now showing JM screenshots of her convos with her sister, Nicole Albert. The texts are from 1/29. The morning John was found.

‘Kerry talked to the cops and kept it simple.’
NA responded at 7:58: ‘Ok, try and get some sleep. Talk tomorrow.’
JM sends at 7:57: ‘Any update?’ JM acknowledges she was fishing for info here.
NA says: ‘We’ll get more info tomorrow. I don’t want to text about it.’
JM replies: ‘Right.’
NA: ‘Ok, text me in AM or if you hear anything later.’

The “them” McCabe was referring to was WBZ-TV, McCabe told Yannetti.



“None of us in the house had any idea what happened to John O’Keefe, so we instructed — I was saying, ‘We don’t know what happened, he never came in the house,’” McCabe continued.



At this point, Yannetti cut him off and asked if he asked for that response from McCabe.



“OK. So, your answer to my question is the ‘them’ was — you were saying that Channel 4 be told that the guy never went in the house. Yes or no?” Yannetti said.



“Channel 4 is who I was referring to, yes,” McCabe said before he was allowed to step down.

This judge, in all her magniminity, chose to extend by half an hour. That was clearly inadequate and a non-judicious decision in relation to the case and trial complexity. For both sides, btw. She basically cut Lally off mid point if you watch the closings. Jmo

I did indeed watch, and it's not reversible error.

If I am a juror, Jackson is not discrediting this witness. Witness JMc, is sincere, believable, relatable and truthful. Great eye contact with jurors. The jury is right there nearby the witness box. These are peers and I suspect they understand it’s going to happen that family, friends, and neighbors are going to talk about what happened to John O’Keefe.
Jurors will decide according to science and data. We shall see. It’s their decision. jmo

Thus far, ADA Brennan has shown that the defendant is guilty of the crime beyond a reasonable doubt. However, there is much much more evidence to go. Imo, trial one proved her guilt.

My point is cannone's poor And moo injudicious use of discretion. It is just one more indication of this judge's poor overseeing of the trial, her woeful lack of impartiality and flexibility. jmo.
