I totally agree with you! I was a victim advocate for both Domestic Violence and Rape Crisis many years ago. I saw trauma and the results from it, especially shortly after the incident happened and then later when facing the abuser or rapist in court. Then in helping them rid themselves of any guilt or denial that they put upon themselves for the incident happening in the first place. Then trying to not relive it and then put their life back together.

IMO, if Jen Mccabe was traumatized at all it was from being present in a family member's home when and where a man supposedly her friend was murdered by one or more people she knows or is very close to her. But she shows none of this. No one involved shows this. Not to mention living with the guilt in agreeing to protect those people and frame someone else. It's business as usual.

Her personality, IMO is in enjoying the rush, attention and recognition in that of the savior. Even though I don't think she thought she would be in this position. Whatever that is called. I worked with victims not perpetrators or accomplices and she is that.
Defiant when her answers are questioned regarding HERSELF. IMO

John wasn’t entirely covered in snow i’d imagine. She described seeing him as looking like a buffalo 🦬 on the prairie so to her, his frame stood out. She was actively looking for him along the roads as Kerry was focused on driving and Jen was doing who knows what in the front seat. Why would someone who just murdered her boyfriend make a big display of seeing his body? Wouldn’t a guilty person pretend not to see him or simply ask if that mound might be him or something more subtle?
MOO
Not meaning to argue in any way .. this is just how my mind is thinking. Why would someone be looking on the ground? Why would she think he would be walking home in a snow storm and she would find him laying along the road instead of thinking that he is probably passed out on someones couch because he didn't have a ride home? So are we to believe that out of all the yards they passed on the way to Fairview that there were no other uneven spots that looked out of place to her? It just seems to me like she knew exactly where she would find him.

And then everyone clapped for her! Barf.
She was the angel that started Peg's Angels. Got right in there and Peg asking them all to do a timeline of the night, from them, theirs, their words, their timeline all together, including another sister of JMc's. The one AJ asked to be pointed out in the courtroom Friday. IMO

It's all about their self perceived image. Both the McCabes and the Alberts. The rush to " Citizens Arrest !! Witness Intimidation !!" was all to help repair their perceived image in the public eye. All about them. NOT Justice for John O'Keefe.

Maybe Whiffin needs to tell us if Jen’s phone was in a pocket state during the 7 calls and 14 button pushes?

It is interesting to again follow this trial. Although I continue to be perplexed by the supposition that one is either a supporter of KR or not. That does not IMO seem to be an accurate goal. And IMO is not the standard that should be considered or applied.

IMO a review by the jury of presented evidence, testimony, witnesses, and court activity and rulings is what is needed and should be sought. I support a complete investigation, proper evidence collection, technique and protocol, and a fair, impartial process and presentation of evidence. Accurate court rulings on the record with clear, unequivocal statement of the basis for any such rulings sustained or overruled are also needed. How that collective is presented in court on the record would ultimately result in an allocation of justice for a criminal matter in a criminal court. IANAL. MOO
To find justice for JOK, that is what everyone should want and expect. It wasn't there and didn't happen in the first trial and probably won't happen in this trial either. There are some new players, i.e. a different ambitious prosecutor, the new jurors, some new experts and maybe new witnesses but there are the old players. Too many of whom so far seem rattled and desparate.

I wouldn't think you'd continue texting someone telling them where to park and asking where they are, if you were merely trying to locate a phone.

JMO
Think of it as rewriting history or forming a collective alibi

The Canton town IT guy also testified that the CD Lally handed to him as evidence was NOT the same CD he handed over to law enforcement.
I hoped there would be a video. Wow, how did I miss that??

JMc: "I didn't want them to think something bad had happened".
AJ: Something bad did happen!
Hahaha oh Jen, Jen. She shows herself at every turn, doesn’t she?

It doesn't have to be either/or. Some might believe she is NG due to not being able to prove she hit him BARD.
Or some could believe she is innocent and not guilty

She was scanning the area; she's the one who dropped him at 34. It's unlikely he was fully covered by snow given the conditions at the time (especially if he'd been placed there after Lucky the plow guy went by). I don't find it particularly remarkable and suspect Kerry would have seen him nearly as quickly if she hadn't been driving.

Jen wouldn't have wanted him found too quickly. IMO.

I came into this trial partway through the first trial and I didn’t like her, didn’t like FKR and didn’t think cops would do what AJ accused them of doing. When Brian Albert testified, at first I thought he stayed inside because being a cop, he knew it was important not to involve himself in the investigation because it all happened at his house and on his property. But when I realized he just didn’t come out, I started changing my mind. Throw in all the butt dials between he and Higgins, then one person after another saying they couldn’t remember this, that and the other, I became angry. When they showed a picture of John’s arm, the first thing that came to mind was dog bites or scratches. Chloe vanished to a “farm”. The inverted sallyport video they tried to pass off as being normal. Proctor and his disgusting texts. Experts saying John didn’t have broken bones yet he had a blow to the back of the head that an expert said would have immobilized him when it happened. Those are the things I can think of but there are so many other things. I think the families and friends of whoever did this are protecting the person or persons who did this and it’s so unfair to the memory of JOK. Moo.
I get what you're saying but then what do you think happened?

Do you believe John went into the house, a fight occured, they moved him outside etc? Or was it an accident and they covered it up?

This is what I can't work out. And again to make it clear, I do not believe Karen was involved. Whiffin's testimony with John's phone had me questioning whether John had dropped it on his way into the house but then his testimony, imo, was a bit everywhere. jmo.

Unscientific poll. If you are a not-guilty, who do you think was aware of what happened to JOK when or soon after it happened, i.e. not a day or two later.
Brian Albert
Nicole Albert
Matt McCabe
Jen McCabe
Colin Albert
Brian Higgins
Allie McCabe
Chloe Albert
All of the above either by the act of murder or accomplices to the act of murder or in Chloe's case another victim.

The taillight is of course a much longer story. One we're going to hear lots about. But Jen flatly lied (again) yesterday when she said she knew Nicole and her family were safe because she saw taillight next to John's body.

Nope. The Canton police didn't find a speck of taillight that morning. Even using a leaf blower to search the area around his body.
snipped and bbm focus .. this is not what she said. She stated that Karen was saying she hit him and that she had a cracked tail light. She also said at that moment she didn't know what had happened to him or that he was hit by a vehicle or that taillight was found next to him. She never stated that she, herself, seen taillight next to John's body.

Time stamp starting at 4:30:38

No. The timeline shows she called and texted before John's phone started recording final steps outside.

If there was real justice after KR is found NG JmC will be charged with perjury, moo
I doubt it but we can hope she is along with many many more

KR's SUV had already left when JMC was doing all those calls and not even waiting till they went into his voicemail.. DEF looking for his phone. She knew that. Right in a row.. How we look for someone's phone , keep calling till you move around and hopefully hear it somewhere. Wasn't there something in the foot steps /phone report of hers that she had many, many walking movements after the 'party' was over> THIS I believe was new information obtained. Not the texting to JO"K to ask where he was , park in front of me, all that.. Those were already established. IMO

Start about 12:30.

Not the disc he gave them. Then off to sidebar.

And maybe JA can play the game of telling the judge what she wants to hear.
EDIT: This response was to JA telling the judge how long his cross/recross would take

When I saw that, from a man with no axe to grind, but a town employee, not affiliated with CPD, It was very disturbing and telling. IMO
