That is not entirely true, IMO.. There was evidence of trauma (what some believe erroneously, IMO, are dog bites) on John's body. He died from exposure. There was also evidence of a broken tailight found at the scene. There's been absolutely no definitive proof/evidence that Proctor framed KR in any way, shape or form, ALL speculation. She on the other hand has said she hit him AND she lied about even going to the house with John that night. Why'd she do that? Pretty damning evidence, IMO

So the premise is the broken taillight caused all the scrapes and gouges on JOK arm. The marks are vertical running up the arm from above the wrist to mid bicep. A length much longer than the taillight. So in order for the taillight broken edges to have caused these marks was JOK upright all while KR vehicle reversed back and forth scraping against the arm over and over? Given the length of the marks did the vehicle also spring up and down to make the marks go up and down the length of his arm?

What was that? Judge tells Brennan to call his next witness, he calls Katie McLaughlin, we wait a few then Judge calls for the morning break?
Just another day in paradise!!!!!!!!

I am kinda waiting until we get to what they are are to present as evidence on this subject. Its what I am here for actually. I mean why I decided to watch for myself. So I cant wait to get there for these conversations!

So neither she nor RN saw a man inside the SUV, outside the SUV, or on the lawn once they got to the house.
(Because he wasn't outside or in the car, folks).
They're great defense witnesses.
IMO.

What ? No Katie McL ? Where did she go?
LOL

I saw that. IMO, the CW may not be able to find 'expert' witnesses who want to be associated with this case. The CW case, IMO, is going to explode and collapse as time and testimony continues. It may become famous or infamous. Who then wants to have been associated????
Not judge cannone that's for sure. Don't know the mechanics of how it could happen but imo the MA justice system would be better without her in it going forward. Jmo

ARCCA reconstruction experts would differ with that. JMOO
Who's experts are those? The defense guy who violated a sequestration order by being filled in on other expert witnesses's testimony before testifying himself? That's a big no-no, but he didn't know, wasn't informed that wasn't allowed? It seems there's been a lot of games being played by the defense and their ARCCA "experts". Doesn't help with their believability and objectivity factors at all, MO. The judge even told them to stop with the nonsense, more than once IIRC?

I'd like to recommend to you to watch the entire trial(s) to get a sense for the entire picture.
Well in a perfect world I could. Life won't allow it and honestly, I don't believe the case is that complicated at all, to warrant it. MO

No I've watched and read enough to know what is truth and what is concoction. It was well more than one comment too, testimony, videos too. She was very angry, she hit him with the vehicle probably more than once, she left the scene, she ranted and raved and then she proceeded to lie when she realized he'd been lying in a snow storm for hours, nobody had found him and helped him. She rightfully panicked but it was too late by then. AJMO
Wow, now you’re going even further than the CW. She hit him multiple times? How do you figure that? Wouldn’t the alleged key stroke cycle show that?

He was not in the car, he was inside the house.
My line of thinking too.
I did hear soon after from the defense that JO was 6'.

I asked this, too, like an hour ago. Still no response.

One more question, I didn't follow her first trial.
Did JO's clothing on his arm have rips in the fabric indicating that the cuts underneath were from a dog's bites?
Thanks..

It’s important to separate legal theatrics from the actual substance of testimony. The ARCCA experts weren’t “defense guys”, they’re independent forensic engineers with decades of credentials, frequently used by government agencies, including the military.

As for the sequestration claim: (1) the order was issued after the communication in question, and (2) neither the prosecution nor the judge moved to strike the expert’s testimony or question his credentials. Calling it a “big no-no” is courtroom dramatics, not disqualifying misconduct - even though Judge Cannone made some dramatic statements, there was no move to strike. Attacking expert witnesses over procedural misunderstandings while ignoring the CW’s concealment of FBI involvement and undisclosed reports is selective outrage, plain and simple.

Yes, a tragic and simple hit (possibly more than one hit) and run, acknowledged over and over again by the driver of the vehicle. There's no wide conspiracy with this case, MO. Are there less than likeable actors involved just by being there, yeah but that doesn't mean KR didn't hit him and then fled the scene, waiting too long to go back.

I think it's definitely possible she did, yes, during her 3-point turn, MO.

I wouldn't use this line of defense as the CW has done so much ,that I see your response and I raise you- one BH trashing a phone in a random bin on a military base. JMO.. tit4tats arent gonna win the CW this case.
