Question for the Guilty's: How do you feel about Lucky, the snow plow driver's" testimony that he did NOT see JOKs body on the ground when he first passed the house and the next pass he saw the Ford Edge out there? Was he lying? Mistaken? FYI - I believe he is the only person close to this case that was actually sober that morning.
I am leaning toward guilty because I believe KR when she said she hit him. But I am considering all the evidence, and I think there could well be reasonable doubt. I have never driven a snow plow, but my own observations show that when such a vehicle plows a good deal of snow, a lot of it is spit upwards. I think it's possible that the spit-upward snow could have obscured the driver's field of vision and thus he did not see JOK's body, if it was in fact on the lawn.

Exactly. No one’s accusing every witness of being part of some grand conspiracy. But let’s be honest, some may have been directly involved, and others are likely being coached, manipulated, or subtly led by the CW into thinking they’re just “helping.” That’s how these narratives evolve. MOO.

Right and Jackson just got out of her that she met with the Brennan and others before her testimony which has now changed on the stand.

If you watched his testimony in the first trial you would see that your possibility was not the case. JMOO

So I see now why everyone was hype about Katie . This defense is really following though with the rest of Jen's bs and the pointing out KR is being misrepresented by the 2 of them. The Jury should really be head tilted by now.

If someone had said "I hit him"......wouldnt you ask with WHAT?

Did you punch him? Did you hit him with a hammer? What did you hit him with??????

I see tribe mentality....

That would be EXTREMELY dangerous for city hired workers to drive any piece of heavy equipment with obscured sightlines. That is a recipe for disaster and lawsuits!

AJ now points out that the police officer in question did NOT say he heard Karen say that she hit John. He was 2-3 feet from Katie and Karen. This is who Katie claims called for a sergeant upon hearing Karen say ‘I hit him.’ So why did he never mention that he heard someone admitting to causing John’s death?

Given the circumstances of where he was found, her size vs his size, and the severity of his injuries, I would assume she meant with a vehicle.

side note : i wanna know whose car lucky the plow driver saw outside 34 fairview in the exact spot johns body was later found. because i dont think any of these drunk people could've carried a tall, built cop to the front yard.
Lucky said it was a Ford Edge. Brian Albert happened to own a Ford Edge. What a coincidence.
So... what does this even mean??? Now some of the witnesses are saying that Karen didn't even drive John to 34 FV? Or is he saying when he got there John was already inside?
The way I understood it is that JOK had already exited the vehicle. Since the witnesses didn't see him at all, most of us believe he must have already gone into the house.

Katie testified that she went back to the ambulance and told firefighters Nutall and Flamatti that Karen had said she hit John. They did not hear it directly from Karen.

Lucky testified that his lights were on and bright and he had a perfect view of the road and surroundings. He never saw a body, but he did see a Ford Edge.

Jen Mc spoke a LENGTH to every officer.....waving her arms around. I would like all those officers questioned.....what did JenMc said to them....she dominated the scene and what exactly did she have to say.

Does Katie have any friends? This family /friends relationship sounds pretty intimate. What does Katie think a friend is ?

It is not about the first trial anymore. This is a new trial and new witnesses and evidence hopefully. Too much imo is based on T1.

Now onto Katie’s relationship with Caitlin Albert.

Katie claimed last year that ‘she went to high school with someone named Caitlin Albert’. Clearly trying to downplay her friendship with Caitlin. AJ asks to be seen by Cannone upon Brennan’s objection.

All paths lead back to the McAlbert’s….

There is absolutely ZERO evidence from ANY source that she said that other than what has come out of JMs mouth. No one has testified that THEY heard the words come out of KRs mouth and none of the numerous recorded phone calls, texts, police car cams records these words. Anyone who said KR said that, heard it from JM, even poor Kerry, who ultimately had to admit her testimony was wrong. So what you are saying is that we should lock this woman up in prison for decades based on the testimony of a woman we KNOW has lied to the FBI, had numerous butt dials, deleted texts and phone calls, and has made herself the central figure in this entire investigation? Everything comes from JM, from the initial interview with Proctor saying KR is a nut job, etc... And of course, had to throw in the information about KRs medical issues just for fun. OK.
JMO
That is not the case. Paramedic Timothy Nuttall on day one of trial testified she said to him "I hit him" three times.

That does not dispel the facts brought out during the first trial. His testimony is matter of record.

Katie maintains that she is not friends with Caitlin Albert, although she has multiple pictures with Caitlin in both large and small groups. AJ points out that they grew up in the same town, went to middle school and high school together, has Been on both day trips and full vacations with her, and that Katie’s best friend Mikayla even lived with Caitlin in college.

Matter of record. Exactly. ALL testimony that is on record is the truth or fabrication, fabrications are coming out in this trial from the same witnesses. IMO
