Do you honestly think there would be evidence? Think about all the missing and deleted evidence in this case. Did you read the timeline about police corruption in that state? It was taken from a newspaper site. Don't you think that most citizens in that state know about all the police corruption in that state? I can guarantee you that the jurors know. MOO
I honestly think that not only is there no evidence of anything being planted, but there was no reason to stage anything because Karen was saying she hit him to paramedics at the scene, she was not denying she hit him, she didn't say she saw John go inside until months later, and the taillight cover is already broken out at 5.07am on Ring video at 1 Meadows, IMO.

timestamp approx. 5.21.00

Oh and this was responding to Mr. Jitty but I hit the wrong button. So Mr. Jitty?

I agree AJ could make an argument that staging is implied and he can't know who did it due to being at a disadvantage. But he doesn't seem to be saying that. He seems to be arguing for the sallyport/proctor theory.

Tons of people are saying just that.

I assumed OP was addressing myself and Tortoise.

There is no reason to think ARCCA were lying in their report. That would be silly.

I am waiting to hear Aperture vs ARCCA
Why?
Is there a reason you believe ARCCA to be inferior?
Do you have some belief their report will vary? And if it is different in their conclusions ,then what ? Do you go with your gut feeling and resort to your biases?

IMO at this point , It does seem you have some questions ,yet I get the feeling you would still convict . So reasonable doubt seems like something you would still convict with .
Even if she hit ,they messed up so bad . Do we want to encourage this all across America?

I wasn't making an argument. I was making a post about the jury having a hard time with what the CW is dishing out.

Understood. I was not sure why you addressed it as a reply to me.

Per Dr Wolfe, ARCCA will have a new report in response to Aperture - so this is all new evidence we have not seen yet.

What exactly did hard plastic tail lights come into contact with in order to shatter it into 10's of pieces? 40 pieces?? Did it hit Metal? Brick? Flag pole? HAMMER?

The tail light came in contact with JOK, silly! How else would he have a gotten a dog bitten arm... Oh wait...

I saw video evidence it hit a parked car. That did not do it.

My bad, you're right. Two of the 47 pieces were touching asphalt. Only 2 pieces landed near the apparent collision site. In a collision, you'd see random scattering of pieces around the site of impact. The structured scattering doesn't fit with a collision, but it does fit with planting of evidence.
iirc from the first trial the tail light lens from the lexus was polycarbonate
If you google/AI that lens/material you will find out about resistance to impacts - how it breaks etc

Proctor initially reported seizing the Lexus at 5:30 PM from Dighton, but it was later revealed that the actual seizure time was 4:16 PM. Yuri confirmed that they did not know Karen Read's parents' home had surveillance video when the car was seized.

This info shows that there is a window of time (1 hour and 14 minutes) when the taillight pieces could've been staged. If the taillight was cracked from the early morning "collision" at 1 Meadows, then it would be an easy task to remove a few pieces from it during that large window of time. The tow driver needs to be called.

According to AJ the Lexus does not arrive at the Sallyport until just after 5.30pm - this is common cause. So the 'window' is less than 10 mins. But is effectively zero because SERT is already searching the site.

16:54 - O'Hara and other SERT team begin arriving on site

17:20 - SERT Commence Search

17.35pm Tow Truck arrives at Sallyport with Lexus
(I think the on cross, AJs exhibit said 17.37.18)

I can't wait for the usual hate-Karen bashers to say it was for sympathy.
I actually saw someone saying something was happening with her father. I pray not and it is a Crohn's thing, but we should pray for their family anyway. Because Crohn's sucks and it is still better than anything going wrong with your parent when your on trial for murder.

Did you read the comments in Kristina's post? They are accusing her of trying to delay the trial.

Was just wondering how far they will take her illness. Some can get nasty!

I will forever be baffled at someone that even IF they think KR is guilty, they have no problems with the LE lying under oath. Even IF they think she is guilty, they are okay with LE bias and laser focus on one person without investigation of the circumstances.

As I have said before, not even the CW thinks KR killed JOK.

She did not say she hit him. She said did I hit him? Once again, we can't consider the Paramedic's testimony when she did not write it down at the scene or any time later. It's hearsay.
