I don't think so. The defence has not suggested the Waze data can be wrong. It could be either that Jackson misspoke (his comments are not evidence), or possibly that Ryan texted slightly ahead of arriving outside the house so that his sister could start to get her coat etc ready to leave and say her goodbyes to everyone. All MOO.

It wasn't just a misspoke, she was shown the screenshot. I doubt the judge would allow for him to say it more then once when questioning JMc if it was fundamentaly wrong.

I would say forensic data is more reliable than eye witnesses, who are notoriously unreliable, and in this case were admittedly the worse for wear with drink, and had no reason to be studying the Lexus, while their attention was also focused on RN's sister. JMO

It does seem that Nagle missed him by a mere minute or so of looking elsewhere, as KR was already parked and then moved down, if JOK got out fast and went right up the driveway before moving down? I mean all these timing things in this. IMO. No jeep in between them though of BH's. JOK was to see if she should come in or if she even wanted to as she told him not feeling well. Stomach. IMO

Where is the dog hair, dog saliva, dog DNA on John? Where is the grass stains on John's head injury if he was dragged? Any info you can provided is greatly appreciated.

The grass stains were on the back of his jeans if you were watching the evidence shown by YB. Dragging a person by the arms caused all the grass stains on John's jeans in my opinion. By the way which were not grassed stained at the Waterfall. Also his back jean pocket was ripped. Had to be after the Waterfall as well. A German Shepherd can easily take a person down by grabbing the back of the pants. Plenty of videos of that on Google.

No grass or debris found in the head wound that killed JOK per medical examiner. No flying through the air and landing on the dirt and grass on the GROUND that caused that head wound. Clean, just a horrifically hard bash to the back of his head from behind in a grass and dirt free environment that impacted his brain and spinal column. Per M.E. testimony. IMO.

Exactly right! Just like if you want to find your phone and have an app, it will give you a vicinity. If it's at your home, it could be in your car, in the bedroom, in the garage or in the kitchen. It's not going to be greatly helpful when in fact it is under the couch. Vicinity is not proximity. That's why all this tech is considered circumstantial evidence. The data is not foolproof.moo

It was a good reminder the other day for some to see JOK's shirt with the tiny holes on his arm that matched up with the gouge marks from claws and teeth about the elbow area. Terribly poor evidence care and being particular of a part of JOK's shirt to send LONG after to be tested. It was never deemed necessary by p to be sent anyway. He made it clear upon JMc's statement that KR hit JOK and left him to die. He went on that. He went soley on that and spread the word and made it happen to where it is today.. Shocking to p and the others that KR is no doormat to say the very least. He is gone, hoping for a spectacular game of dominos for the party people to come somehow. IMO

Allegedly Chloe was originally adopted by the Alberts after failing K9 training. She was known to be aggressive and had bitten neighbors and or their dogs.

Virtually every photo of K9 training on a Google search shows police K9s biting the arm of a “suspect”.
JOK’s arm injuries are exactly the type of injury you would get when attacked by a dog trained to be an LE K9.
In another instance, Bachelor star Sean Lowe published photos of bites on his arm when his own dog suddenly turned on him. These bite marks look eerily similar to the marks on JOK’s arm:

It’s easy to imagine why no one saw or heard Chloe after JOK was found dead on the Albert’s lawn.

I just re-read your link of Proctor's texts. He made these comments just HOURS after John's death. How was he able to know all about Karen's health problems, etc. at that early time in his investigation? He didn't know her at all. Correct me if I'm wrong, but someone must've filled him in on that information mighty soon after the events at 34 Fairview. Seems as if she was the subject of lots of talk that morning, instead of any legitimate discussion of the events leading up to John's death...things that make me go hmmm.

Yeh & they baker’s acted her for a reason. & the reason was NOT genuine concern that she may harm herself. MOO

The point of my post is to show you that John clearly was planning to continue a relationship with Karen based on HIS texts. You stated erroneously in your since deleted post that he wanted to break up. Nothing could be further from the truth based on his own words that day.
