And because of that others are scared of them. And T1 the plowman, I think his name was lucky, had stated for a fact that after it starts to snow cars have to be moved off of the street. But that particular street he did not force anyone to move their cars because these particular cops lived on this street and he knew not to call them in to have those cars towed he knew better. He was scared of them M00It's the brotherhood. They don't give each other tickets and they will cover for each other until the end. Omo
We have two Dr Wolf's? One for the defense, one for the CW. And isn't the tech guy also a Wolf?
Yes I believe its deja vu all over againShades of trial 1. Will we start to see some lettings go?

John is more often than not in a state of deluluNah. Sue OConnell said she never saw any of them sleeping. He often posts things on X that are refuted by others in the courtroom.
He’s got the voice too! Very sonorous.Dr. Wolf, brain surgeon, went to Yale graduated summalaude. Dangit auto correct lol
Looks like Christopher Walken.
No that irritates me!! Cannone has suddenly become aware of an "issue" that will require her to speak with each juror one-on-one.Judge going to speak to each juror individually....this does not sound good.
Consider this - if you were to be dragged out of the house by your hands, you would probably have grass stains on the back of your jeans and you might get snagged on a rock or branch causing the back pocket to be torn. Also, dragging you down from the house would likely result in your head towards the street and your feet towards the house, because who would drag you out that way and then make a u turn, (known as a u-eee in MA) to switch the position of your unconscious body? The lawn would not be hard enough to cause that damage to the back of his head IMO. Earth does not get hard like ice or concrete. I would never think the ground caused his head wound. And I'd also like to know why he was laying with his head closest to the curb like the female EMS testified to (Katie McLaughlin). If he fell backgrounds on the ground, coming from the curb, wouldn't his feet be closest to the curb and his head be further into the lawn.

In M00 we have to watch her a bit. She can sometimes lean twords the CW.Nah. Sue OConnell said she never saw any of them sleeping. He often posts things on X that are refuted by others in the courtroom.
I have some grave concerns about Cannone.Cannone has some grave concerns IMO

Much of it will be common cause because it's spat out by BERLA. The defence may have even done their own extraction or have no reason to bother. They really seem to be disputing only the methodology of the variance calculation, where Burgess has used the 3 point turn, and DiSorga used the 2 phones.
That is pretty much the heart of it. And those are not complex calculations. So while Alessi has made inroads on credibility - it does nothing to dislodge the actual extracted data.
As I've said since last week - DiSorga appears to agree with Burgess on everything except the variance methodology.
I think the fact that Alessi is slicing the sausage so finely on that, shows just how tight the timeline is this time compared to T1.
Ideas about 1162 being the tow truck loading are dead and buried.
