He was unable to complete ‘functional activities’… like locking his phone with the side lock button?

Dr Wolf: Drunk people frequently slip in the snow and hit the back of their heads.
Hank: Can a patient die due to this?
Dr Wolf: Sure.
Hmm. So you mean this type of injury happens frequently and it isn’t a result of a vehicle hitting someone? Good to know.

So why didn't John have frost bite????

Did I misinterpret that Dr Wolf just said the occipital injuries happened first?

So did they ever reveal what was going on with the jurors?
Not that I heard. They are all still there I think. From last trial, the judge would make an announcement if one was dismissed. So who knows. The judge did speak to each one individually though so she probably has more of a feel for each individual now. I wonder what they were questioned on. Jmo

How can Dr Wolf confidently claim that the ground caused John’s skull fracture without examining his body, the actual wound, or his brain? Especially when Dr. Scordi-Bello noted there was no visible grass or dirt in the head wound… something you’d expect if his head had made direct contact with the ground. MOO.

Edit: autocorrect

So landed with such force after flying through the air/gravity 🥴 but had no bruising or broken bones. Come on, naysayers.

This DR has no idea "how" it happened, IMO.
What hit John?? A weight?
He said he sees alot of drunk people fall over on ice ....
How is that helping Hank?

I agree!

BTW Not to keep harping on this but does Hank sound intoxicated to anyone besides me?

CW must be feeling quite disheartened after their expert was caught misrepresenting his educational background. Now, the Commonwealth is raising the bar by bringing in a PhD/MD holding surgeon lol. While his credentials are noteworthy, I truly wonder what substantial contributions he can make, particularly since CW ME, who has examined John, has already indicated that the injuries are inconsistent with being struck by a vehicle.

I guess any expert will do even if their expertise is as relevant as a meteorologist testifying about tire marks.

Imo. The CW is going to claim JO received his dog attacked arm from impact with the Lexus and then he stumbled around and fell, hitting his head on grass. It's very weak. Jmo

Alessi leading cross with Dr. Wolf.

I think KR threw the car into reverse, rapidly backing up to where JOK was. She either nicked him on the knee, or missed him entirely, but scared him enough that he jumped out of the way, slipped and hit his head. That fits with what both the ME and Dr. Wolfe here have stated.

None of Dr. Wolf’s typical work days have involved forensic pathology. Dr. Wolf just very clearly said that he is not a forensic pathologist, and he does not perform autopsy. He then says he sees more brains than the forensic pathologist.

He definitely is a bit miffed that he’s being crossed, IMO

John had cut above his eye, right?

So how did the taillight break into 40 pieces? From clipping a human body?

@JHall7news

Another photo of John O'keefe's face is shown as Dr Wolf describes "raccoon eyes" his brother, sitting a few feet from me, kept his eyes on the ground the whole time. wolf: "raccoons eyes occur because of leakage through the orbital fractures."
