Are the jury seriously going to believe all the mental gymnastics they're doing with these experts trying to line up data from the Lexus and his cellphone to indicate a vehicle strike when there are much bigger and more obvious glaring questions which need answers and they are providing little to none?

I know, JDP is absolutely full of it. It would be really really funny if Judge challenged him on it and admonished him in court for spreading misinformation about events in her trial!

It seems that somehow KR 'started it' because a reporter did say she covered her mouth and animatedly pointed towards the jury box. Sooo odd. It is FREEZING out for here and May too as I think they are outside waiting to be called in. Do not care obvs about the KR haters. Oh I cannot believe this and I will most likely miss what it was about TILL 2:30. My phone doesn't open anything at work in the building. Others do, but my phone is prob 10 years old. haha. They really seem to be disputing only the methodology of the variance calculation, where Burgess has used the 3 point turn, and DiSorga used the 2 phones.

That is pretty much the heart of it. And those are not complex calculations. So while Alessi has made inroads on credibility - it does nothing to dislodge the actual extracted data.

As I've said since last week - DiSorga appears to agree with Burgess on everything except the variance methodology.

I think the fact that Alessi is slicing the sausage so finely on that, shows just how tight the timeline is this time compared to T1.

Ideas about 1162 being the tow truck loading are dead and buried.

I was also thinking beginning of selection process for chairperson? Maybe while the judge is seeing each juror individually for whatever the reason is, she can begin to gauge a suitable candidate as she sees fit? Jmo. In MA the judge selects the jury chairperson before the 12 who will deliberate are randomly chosen. Moo

So disappointing if that happens. This needs to be NG on all counts, period. Ok, the drinking driving if they have to of course. She deserves along with her incredible parents and atty's a full NG. Get this horrible thing hanging over her head gone and acknowledged to all. IMO
