Same. Depending on what the discussion is with each juror, it can be long or doable. I think judge said will take a while.

So disappointing if that happens. This needs to be NG on all counts, period. Ok, the drinking driving if they have to of course. She deserves along with her incredible parents and atty's a full NG. Get this horrible thing hanging over her head gone and acknowledged to all. IMO

Didn't JBC push for 6 alternates? Doubt even if a problem is discovered that a mistrial would be called, it's more than likely a tweet yesterday about sleeping jurors that the other NBC juror 'commentator' said she did not see and she was watching them, all day.

Also, I don't think KR is charged with DUI, 2nd degree murder, vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a collision resulting in death.

If he gets called to the stand for voir dire and admonished for overplaying his grift, it would truly be the most glorious moment of any trial I've ever watched!

I'm not going to hold out hope that it happens though, seeing as he is very much on 'their' side.

It looked like a quick sidebar, then judge announced she would be talking to jurors and everybody out including cameras. Nothing had happened that we saw. IMO

Honestly, I don’t know much about the guy and I don’t follow him on X. Melanie Little just looked his tweet up. It’s all speculation, and that guy tends to say things other observers dispute. Who knows.

‘The prosecution has "proven" that a single 3 point turn occurred not in front of 34 Fairview, but on a different street, several minutes before Karen and John arrived at 34 Fairview. So what to make of Matthew McCabe's claim to Proctor that he saw tire tracks in the snow that outlined a 3 point turn directly outside of 34 Fairview around the time he observed Karen's SUV on Fairview. How could he possibly have seen this if it never happened? Or did the "data" fail to show another 3 point turn? How could McCabe possibly even think to mention this untruth unless he was told by the MSP that Karen allegedly claimed she made a 3 point turn?

the jury likely will never know about this curious claim because the prosecution does not want them to know. Either Burgess isn't reliable in interpreting the vehicle data or McCabe appears to be lying after being told by Proctor what he saw. Neither possibility is good for the prosecution.’

During trial 1 when the judge was dismissing a juror, she talked to that juror individually. In another instance she brought a group of 3 up to sidebar for a conversation.

Talking to all jurors individually is new. MOO.

That seems very offensive IMO. People can realize when someone on the stand is found out to dishonest about their credentials. He seems to be implying they are too stupid to even know what Linkedin actually is.
