Exactly. And no one ever mentions Brian Jr. He lived there full time and I'm sure Auntie Jen had his number.

If my sister, BIL, and nephew were in that house I'd be calling them all, banging on the door and throwing rocks at the bedroom window, if only to make sure they were okay.

But of course Auntie Jen knew they were fine.
I def could have missed it, but when she was on stand, was she asked point blank what her reasoning was for not racing up to the house to get them immediately? I mean maybe after CPR attempt, but sounds like there was a pretty lengthy amount of time between that and the time she says she went in. I know they called her out, but did she give an answer? Would love to know what on earth she could have said was her reason….TIA!

She said she was only concerned with JOHHHHN, helping Johhhhn. That was her excuse, focusing on John. Meanwhile, she was not. In a vid she is shown very calmly hanging out by one of the police officers, pointing around sometimes otherwise, filling him innnn. IMO

Yes, she was asked why didn't she go run and get BA who is also a first responder, aid, probably just popped her eyes out and said more about helping John. IMO

Thank you, wow, ridiculousness abounds with these people! IMO

And I will add to this and say, it will be another disaster for Hank if he doesn't get ahead of the Proctor texts and at least present them during the prosecution because if he doesn't and it's the defense who brings them into the trial, that will be the cherry on top of this waste of tax payer money imo

The defense will absolutely call him.
I'm just wondering when.
Beginning, middle, end?
I think that ending with Higgins and then Proctor would leave the jurors with everything they need to come back with BRD and an NG verdict. Cross the T's, dot the I's, and done.
IMO.
The jurors in T1 didn't get to see the video of Higgens in the Canton Police station and talking on his phone in the parking lot straight from 34 Fairview.

It wasn't released until Dec 2024.

"I feel great. I'm anxious. I'm ready to put on our case, which will be more robust than it was last year," she said outside the courthouse on Wednesday afternoon. "I'm anxious for everyone to learn what we know."

I can't imagine Proctor is thrilled about the idea of taking the stand again, nor that the CW want him in front of the jury when they're doing their best to pretend he doesn't exist. I still hope he's called though.
Somewhere I read if he is called, he will do 1 of these three things:
1. Plead the 5th
2. Give the defense a super hard time by beating around the bush and by being evasive
3. Take everyone down with him.

I would like to know what Karen and Brian Higgins talked about when she visited his place that night. She told Higgins about the trip to Aruba where JOK was lushing over a younger woman (at least that was Karen's view of it and I can believe it). I know she never spoke poorly of JOK in her texts to BH or to JOK, but did Higgins think he was being a knight in shining armor by sucker punching JOK that night as they passed each other at the Alberts, for the way BH perceived he was treating Karen.
MOO
I'm sure she will write a book after this is over and it will probably be a best seller. I hope so for her because she will spend a lifetime repaying her debt unfortunately.

I have such a problem with BH being allowed to be at Canton Police any time he pleased. He wasn't even with that police department but could come and go whenever he desired, even on days off, in the middle of the night and so on. There should be a rule against that IMO. Where was the security? I've never seen anything like that before with one police department letting people from an entirely other police department roam around as if it's their personal home.

IIRC he had his own office there and he had free rein. It was a very unusual arrangement for sure. Word was he and the then Chief Berkowitz ( now deceased) were very tight.

Massachusetts office locations are:

IIRC:
BH's testimony from T-1 he said that Chief Ken Berkowitz gave him the office.
They were good friends and BH gave an 8 min speech at Berkowitz's retirement event which was deleted, by whom I don't know but that's what was reported.
imo

Yes, I just re-watched BH's testimony from T-1.
During cross examination, AJ got him to tell the jury how he came across getting to use that office in the CPD building. BH confirmed that Chief KB gave him the office as a courtesy due to having a personal friendship with him, which "was born out of a horrible tragedy" in which he was offered the convenience of that office, that he occupied for 4 years at the time of the trial. AJ also asked him about the comment he made at the retirement of KB that Michael Morrissey attended, where he toasted KB and said, "If you want to hide a body, Kenny Berkowitz is your man".
I think it was a conflict of interest for a Chief of Police to just "give" an office to a member of a different police department simply because they are friends. The space was not the Chief's to assign since he doesn't own the property. So it's a misuse of the police department funds.
