So Chris Albert was one of the last people to leave the Waterfall that night at 12:13. But wasn't he leaving with BH and BA and even tried to stop BH from whatever he was doing? But now we see him still there at 12:13AM
Did you catch a timestamp of that scene?

Anyone watching trial understands the case against the defendant, and knows she is not the victim, facts are coming out, science and data solid. Perhaps, it’s simple; and that some simply dont want her to be guilty, nothing more than that, ignore the facts of the case. The defendant does this herself. She doesnt hesitant to speak in public, yet, wouldn’t dare take the stand.
I went into the first trial convinced by the media that KR was an evil woman who mowed down John. Then I actually listened to the facts: first it was she ran him down going 25 miles an hour but that didn't work so she sideswiped him. Tell me how a 4000 pound SUV hits his arm and just leaves those marks but breaks into 47 pieces, how his body lay there for hours but no frostbite and his temp still high, how the house was never searched and not one soul came out with all that going on,how the one piece of glass that matched just happened to be found by the cop fired for bias and disgusting behavior, how no logs were kept, how evidence stayed out in the open, how random paper bags and plastic cups were used. I could go on but don't have time to publish a book....

Opinion and speculation- Please feel free to scroll on by and not read my post. Thank you :)

She’s (defendant) clearly falling apart after this week’s testimony. She’s had to relive the tragic killing of John O’Keefe in the courtroom, yet, showed no emotion, no empathy for the loss of John and/or what happened to John. John was left for hours to die a painful death in the cold. She was too busy leaving him hateful voice mails to even think about calling for help. Help that may have saved him, may have given his loved ones a chance to say their goodbyes. It’s always been about control for her. She’s losing control. Her mask raveling… winking to her attorney, smiles, and playfulness in the courtroom as if it’s all fun and games. Not that she’s on trial for murder. Just another day.

The steps of the courthouse has been her platform, her playground and the media caters to her. In her eyes she’s a star and the victim, she’s being framed by some bad cops, and about 30 plus other people (btw, no one’s cracked). She does not want anyone to know the federal investigation is closed, and no findings of police corruption found.

Anyone watching trial understands the case against the defendant, and knows she is not the victim, facts are coming out, science and data solid. Perhaps, it’s simple; and that some simply dont want her to be guilty, nothing more than that, ignore the facts of the case. The defendant does this herself. I completely disagree. The defense hasn't even gotten it started yet. It's going to be revolutionary when they do!

Chris Albert on his hit and run felony charge.
The drinking and driving that all of them did or do is crazy. Like a bunch of teenagers that don't know better.

Didn't John's brother also have a drinking and driving accident? I thought I had read somewhere that KR bailed him out or something.

I'm rewatching the ARCCA guys LOL Just about done Dr. Wolfe's... the guy is confident and likeable... will be interesting to see what else the defense had them do in this case now.

As a trial watcher, the fact that they had no clue about the KR case when they were doing the testing, they literally had no skin in the game, they were just doing the testing they were asked to do. It's a unique situation.

Side note: Listening to Lally is HARD, the clearing of his throat constantly drives me crazy.

I don't know if I can handle Trooper Paul's testimony again 🤪
I don't blame you. It was hard to watch and absorb.

Here's Part 2 where AJ gets into cross examining him. AJ puts some sense into what he's claiming.

ETA: It's fascinating how lackadaisical all these cops were about measurements and where the body was actually found. Trooper Paul stating that Lt Gallagher just pointed to the area where JOKs body was found. (Around 1:00).

And so far, Judge Cannone has actually said "overruled" twice to Lally so far. First and only times I've heard her say the word.

I can almost hear Matt now:

You. Don't. Lie. To. The FBI. Call them back right now.

Yeah, but they all did anyway.
Ah, Matt. Always has the best advice. “Tell them the guy never went in the house.”
Pretty good with IT solutions, too.

Right? Matt needs to explain why he clearly saw V shaped tire tracks like a 3 point turn in the snow while he was lurking at the window. Someone is lying.

I find the McCabes the most detestable people in this case.

Teenagers at least know they aren’t above the law. These people know nothing will happen to them criminally in Canton. There are no consequences for drinking and driving.

And so far at least, no consequences for even more serious crimes involved here.

Character assassination of KR is not proof of JO being hit by the Lexus. IMO it's the desperate accusations of the cw that try to sway the opinion of those that fall for their personal attacks. And the defense has not even presented their case and testimony to include ARCCA and witnesses that never saw a body on the fairview lawn. JO was not hit by that car or any other car. JMOO

Who are you referring to when you say “his”?
Chris Albert. When driving very drunk and rear ended the international student and sent his car flying, killing him.

LYK, is a lawyer that does online segments on YouTube. Not sure how he is practicing much law when he spends hours on YouTube. Maybe, not all that busy in his practice. The practicing lawyers I know don’t have any free time to go online and give free legal opinions or advice.

None the less, Imo, he is very biased in this case.
I completely disagree with your assessment of him. He has IMO done a great job of trying to see both sides and has given the CW kudos several times. He is always asking people in his chats to give opposing views and all he asks is that it is done respectfully towards both sides. At this point I think he doesn't believe JO was hit by a car at all, but he has said many times that he is open to being shown evidence that he was. As for his "free time," I know that recently he said that he would not be able to give daily updates on the Kohberger trial because he has his own trial at the same time. Additionally, there was recently a horrific ferry crash in Clearwater in which a man was killed and LYK's law firm has been hired to represent his family.

(edited because ferry crash was in Clearwater not Tampa)

IMO

In one of his recent videos he explained how he manages to find time for making videos in addition to representing clients. He has a large support staff and several other attorneys in his practice

Or maybe he sees what a farce this trial is. JMO
Lyk is one of the least bias, in that he openly strives for impartiality and is conscious of and deliberately doing that. Jmo
