Right, education doesn't preclude bias. Everyone has triggers and areas of experience that can be highly charged Imo. As a juror it's not education that's necessarily important; ideally a conscientious juror makes a commitment to try their best to consciously self reflect and put aside personal bias and personal convictions in order to apply the human faculty of reason to the evidence presented in the case. I always respect a judge who makes certain to impress on a jury the utter seriousness of the duties they are being charged to undertake. Jmo

Her motives aren’t necessary to see the damage she caused the CW’s case due to the “false memory” she states she got after meeting with COX. It wouldn’t be as suspicious if she changed her memory prior to the meeting. IMO

I’m sympathetic to any female working in a male dominated field. Sometimes you have to flex and shift your values to survive and thrive. I’m sure she’s not the first person to get a case of amnesia under pressure from leadership. I’m certain I’d never lie and put someone’s freedom in jeopardy to further my professional career, but not everyone shares my values. All IMHO.

I have stated many times in this forum that I see reasonable doubt everywhere, due to the evidence I’ve seen. No doubt KR will be found- Not Guilty. I’d be shocked if that were not the case.
Does that mean anyone who sees this case differently is delusional, lacking in moral character, supporter of liars, or against justice? No

JOK’s Mom and brother are in support of the Prosecution. They are victims here too.
How did they land on that side? I have a thousand questions here- and zero assumption about who they are as people.

Well his mom and brother don't talk to KR so they are getting all of their info from JOK's GREAT and CLOSE friends in the McAlbert clan. JMO. Not really hard to see how that well was poisoned.

The crux of this trial is in the proof of JO being hit by the Lexus and that has not been proved. JMOO

Not understanding the basis of these on the spot rulings. Why is expert criticism of Welcher not permitted? The CW gets to rebut ARCCA. Ofcourse it is up to the jury to compare and contrast but can not one expert mention the failings (in their expert opinion) of another??

My prediction... there is not going to be any scenario that breaks or cracks the inside of the tail light, with the thickness of the acrylic, the gap between the 2 acrylics (outside and inside of tail light). This will help the theory that 'someone' broke it to plant pieces. All JMO as of now... subject to change LOL
